What we surely can agree is that BZT is on the verge of something exciting.

If Mankayan goes through in a few weeks CB will have done an inspired deal albeit shareholders may not see a direct return. If H&G is announced shortly, and it surely will be, BZT will have projects with a base value of ca. £15M.

Assuming that financing and design for H&G plus everything that follows is in place, we should all be able to look CB in the eye and say thanks - delayed , yes, but a pretty good outcome. The copper market will then underpin growth

The Ongombo ECC for the copper-gold project of AP was issued on Monday last. You can find it as approved on the (Namibian) Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism web site.

This is the last part of the permitting process completed. Expect an RNS shortly followed by re-confirmation of the Mining Licence ( automatic) and then details of Funding and Design ahead of Construction.

I told you there would be no RNS but you would have it otherwise.

Do try to follow and wake-up the reality of how the markets work.

As to the SP you could be right. The fact is H&G is now fully permitted - RNS or not.

With Mankayan marching forward ( now £6M of embedded value) only an idiot would sell this now. Is 0.05p possible ? Probably not without the RNS but that will follow

Something posted on a Government web site is available simultaneously to anyone with internet access and a web link. Do you really think that the Ministry informs BZT first and foremost. Not the way it works. Why would you think that the service provider to BZT is quicker than to a NOMAD, me, you or anyone else. It is more of a question of who is looking and monitoring at the right moment. This Bulletin Board showed us all that ( including me) very effectively earlier today. I hope the poster makes money from being switched-on.

If you think all NOMADS operate to the same rules and standards you are sadly deluded. I grant that this should be the case but, oh boy, it is not I assure you !! Perhaps things have changed since your days as some kind of Financial Adviser - another corrupt and sad part of the financial sector - not that I am implying anything of course.

Now that I know you are a NOMAD expert, I am getting really impressed. Mine design and financing plus time planning, NOMAD, financial adviser ? Is there no end to your talents ?

Shows how little you know about company regulation. On the Aim market it is the NOMAD that determines the timing and content of an RNS and what is a material disclosure. Not the Company. At least not the Company alone.

Personally I do not think that should be the case - but it is - depending on the NOMAD a company has. There is no consistency, little professionalism and very poor standards in the NOMAD community. It is a shambolic arrangement all round. Companies look for the cheapest and least hassle NOMAD but it does not always work out that way. What was the Standard list is a lot easier and where a company's management can manage without the NOMAD police force.

So, I am afraid you need to 'choo-choo' off and learn the rules. You have the same level of knowledge of them as you do about mine planning and commissioning.

And why oh wise one would you expect an RNS tomorrow ? It takes a while between Ministry approval and a physical delivery - even in the UK. Gawd know how long the equivalent is in Namibia.

I am confident that the Design and Financing are completed BUT I am sure you and the intrepid RMc will want another whinge or two about something : it's raining, not raining, too hot , too slow or some other ill-considered reason that we will not be mining by the year end.
