So we are halfway through the 90 day period and still no news from CEO or Mr Alan Green on what happened in the USA on his trip to secure funding and I P . How much longer is the lane ?

So Eurosigh, from the link you posted am I right in thinking that the only current Director of Euro si is the same person who is responsible for the inventors pot of shares in trust fund ?

Are we presuming that TSP sent a pot of cash to the Director of Euro si that was never repaid ?

If so why wasn’t it repaid or is it just another bad debt that TSP prepared to write off ?

Everything that’s happened with TSP since it was born is dubious to say the least . And still we are waiting to find out if CEO even made it to the states and how he’s getting on with negotiating the I P 🤦‍♀️🤡🤡🤡

You say why would a USA investor come to uk and have an input into TSP , but you could also ask why did Frank (the inventor) get involved with a tinpot company , after all he’s had so many success patents in the past why would anyone take such an inventive product to a start up company with no credentials? Non of it makes sense .

Let’s just hope Mr Strauss is on that plane to the good old USA and pops in to see the owner of I P with a suitcase full of $.And gets this company back on track , somehow I doubt it but hey ho 🤦‍♀️

So Eurosigh , it’s obvious from the phrases you use and the $ sign that you are an American . So how and why are you interested in this company ? You seem to know alot about the procedures needed to get TSP back on track . So do you think that if Frank (dodgy) inventor and alleged owner of I P would or could be tempted back to TSP if a monetary offer was made . It seems to me that the only hope TSP have of success is to do a deal with the owner of I P and then try for FDA .

Let’s face it if Frank hadn’t of thrown his toys out of pram and walked away with I P , then shareholders wouldn’t be in such a chaotic situation and looking at total wipeout of any value in their investment .

Also I can’t see why it took him so long to do what he did , if what the reason he gave to walk are true , then why did it take him several years of inaction ? After all he was still on payroll knowing that TSP was doing nothing and paying non of the vendors .

I guess the monthly cheque was enough to play along with the charade,or do you think he knew TSP were getting ready to cut him out of any future investment they managed to get inadvertently?

Would love to know your thoughts on this what with you being a fellow American , cheers .

Unfortunately the I P is in dispute and who would take over a company in such a situation ? Plus 79% of shares are owned by shadow ceo that’s how they managed to swing vote

Well I just spoke to Daytrade on mobile and it now appears ,I was right on my presumption of I D .After conversation in which we discussed many things including how he was mislead in the past and ill informed on the situation @TSP . He is right in what he says these crooks need sorting once and for all .Hopefully we can all work together and get a positive outcome for all shareholders . If the company needs to die to achieve that then so be it .A prison cell awaits for all those involved in this sham of a company .I know this any many other posts will be deleted come tomorrow and probably a load of posters banned . But let’s work together and bring justice for all .

We’ve been here before Strauss and it didn’t end well ,.Vince didn’t get his place on BOD and the amount they prepared to invest won’t cover legal costs of all the people you need to deal with to get I P sorted , especially Frank , then there’s all the people in shadows @ TSP who will want their slice . So save money on plane ticket and send a grovelling email to all those people in States that you need to compensate.

Well at least it’s all becoming obvious why the fine from Aquis was not fully enforced and no suspension . When you realise that the Compliance officer for Aquis in past life was the lawyer for Frank and the shadow CEO for tsp , then all becomes clear 🤦‍♀️

So Truspiner investors was I right or was I right nice to hear Bunson being positive . Did I say that we would hear some good news some time soon!!!Good old Ian has at last served up some really positive news for all concerned which was about time ffs.

I hope Payinattn gets on this and give some praise where praise is due.

It is better taking a bit of time to get the FDA spot on see when we hit the market we will hit it running. The raise at 10p above market value is also really positive along with bringing in new brokers Oberon who will steer the ship better than WH Ireland did .

I also said fill your boots at the price as it will start to get back to ipo levels. Onwards and upwards to the Truspine- keep the faith it’s all coming together.

Can you guys not read as in presto post “All buys today and Aquis have a live price now via Jarvis XO..” which means you are seeing true buys and sells not what the market makers were doing manipulating the share price and yes it is totally undervalued which is why people are picking up at this price before it goes back to where it should be at the IPO price and we are seeing the true picture of buys for once on Acquis.

Remember the best is yet to come with FDA approval looming. This stock in my opinion could hit £1 before the end of the year and it will be the last of the negative sh@@ we will hear from Payinattn and Bunson Wa@@@@. Fill your boots with this share as it will only be heading up up up.
