Yes its very difficult on AIM to get any meaningful understanding of whats actually happening with the trading during the day without L2, despite some posters claims that there are hardly any shares about because there's not much free float its quite clear that at the moment there are plenty of shares about and I'm starting to form an opinion that its not just Quilter that are off loading and thats not a 'de-ramp' because I'm a holder....its just my own assumption based on the drag on the SP like it is stuck in treacle.

Its fairly safe to assume that there were more shares sold than there were bought because despite the many conspiracy theories not many shares prices on the markets retreat when there are more buyers than sellers, over 10% of the trades were late reported and as Manabouttown pointed out over a Million not showing until the COP so thats 40% unseen trades showing up after everyones gone home..........so its easy to see that without L2 (and even that can always have trades cancelled) at the moment its practically impossible to gage the flow of the market during the day as far as TILS

They had no choice......and just by the fact that they issued the 'we know no reason' RNS rather than the. 'we are pleased to announce' RNS means that actually they have nothing material to announce so the CEO should have kept quite and he may find himself in a bit of hot water......just a tad

Actually I was just about to post the 10000 seller has been busy in the last hour of so hence the slight pull back

I've never really understood why TILS has always attracted such a wide spread, even now that its trading up towards the £1 range still the spread between the bid and ask is approaching 10%, I appreciate that spread is not particularly reflected in the buys and sells but even so I thought with the newly added MMs that might have narrowed the advertised spread a bit.

errrr not really when your 'prophecy' was post after it had dropped to 1.70.... next time try posting at 7.55 rather then 8.19, it might give your predictions a bit more credibility.

I don't think its a concern, personally I feel there wasn't anything in that RNS that at the moment adds value ,thats not to say it won't in the future, maybe some people felt the same way and were just taking the opportunity to grab a quick profit and buy back in as it dipped.....after the recent rise from the £1 mark I would be very happy to see the SP hold at 1.48 today and consolidate its position before the real new arrives.

I'd like to know what feed your using because I haven't seen a trade for 10,000 since 8.50 and even that was reported as a buy which did seem to tally correctly with the spread at time.

Maybe but don't forget the mysterious large trades that show up at the COP having been worked through using dark arts during the day.

I'm guessing with the markets looking strong this morning and certainly the rest of my portfolio showing pretty much blue this still must be the case surely ?

It does seem to have been walked down very consistently from .66 on 1/5 to .46 today which is pretty much 30% .... all a bit odd really considering theres so much on the horizon.

A refreshing bit of honesty for a change, I think it would be fair to say that we've all done it.

Well I don’t know what’s going on with YA and why they would have bothered to obtain permission so they could convert only £75,000 because with forward selling 14 million yesterday and and odd 5 million forward sold elsewhere, 8,726,433 that has just gone through means they’ve sold the latest block of shares already.

I’ve seen many announcements from other companies where the BOD have started that due to the current crisis they have opted to take a percentage reduction in their wages .......Strangely though we have not had a similar announcement here and before anyone says ‘cost reductions’ and ‘skeleton staff’ is not an announcement about the board taking a pay cut.
