I guess the interims don't quite meet FY24 expectations based on initial trading this morning

Seems a 'steady as she goes' sort of message.

The interim divi is here..0.4p announced. Assume 0.8p final? not huge but a positive sign.

I'm only in this for the long term because I can't afford to sell at these prices. Enough of the rose tinted glasses rubbish.

Today's RNS sounds good. I assume they will calculate 'probable revenue' and add it to the 'order book'.

Hope its a Good price. I got 306 last week topping up. At least there's nothing -ve in today's update.

The article is old news from 24Feb. Didn't do much for PFC SP back then. A takeover would be nice but at 200p plus please. Wishful thinking,..

I hope you're right. Today's news not as bad as it might be.

Dog share or not there seems a healthy SP increase since Xmas. Will need 60p or more to be in the black for me, sorry for 'woofling' on a bit...

Hope so too. Back in at 122p. Hope its not one of those things that go south for the summer.

So what does a company have to do to get a decent SP rise when it releases its FY results?

Me too. Is there some concern over commercial property outlook maybe?

I've been waiting 2yrs plus for a good entry point..last invested when PCTN was north of 90p and certain posters were strangely asking for 120p. So I'm testing the waters...at 72p.
