Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
You won't be alone there mate.
Plus the last RNS did not give any statement about the deal not potentially going through...
Those 3,333,333 shares look like a sell mate. SP came down soon after and was probably a worked order.
You are right that games are being played though...it really is now down to red or black.
I was prepared to give them the benefit of doubt but those large sells (£200K in 2-3 days) feels like someone in the know if dumping this.
If the news was good or bad it would have leaked to someone with that kind of cash - this is AIM afterall.
As you say, Cluff / CLNR have consistently missed deadlines and I strongly fear will do so again...
Why?
The more I see those large sells the more it feels like last weeks RNS was designed to let mates exit - we will know by Friday...
There seems to be yet another delayed trade of circa £100K from yesterday - this looks to be a sell given price action around that time.
Someone has sold nearly £200Ks worth of shares over the last few days...this stinks.
Some massive buys coming in now - that was a nice shake by the MMS.
At this rate it will close even or potentially even blue!
Volatile today...but buys are coming back in.
Risk of 50% downside vs 200 - 300% upside depending on the farm in deal...
MMs fishing for shares!
Will it bounce??
Its on a knife edge at the moment - could go either way...
The size of the sells yesterday was £100K.
I don't have Cluff / Nunn down as being dodgy but if it transpires that the RNS last week was just about letting mates out then there will be FCA knocking at their doors...
Given that the price has just gone from blue to red and there are no trades showing, I would hazard a guess that another large trade has gone through that will show up tomorrow...
The thought did cross my mind draft....
If so, a call to the FCA is in order.
Another delayed trade of £66K pops up at 3p from yesterday. This is a sell and is what stopped yesterdays rise in its tracks.
That is a total of £100K shares sold in two trades yesterday. It could be one seller (and I hope is not someone with inside info!) but either way it is priced in.
As long as the seller(s) are done we should be ready for the next leg up soon.

I think we will see news late tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday at the latest.
This is all set to go!
There is a sell order in the back ground I think...once this has cleared we should see a sharp rise up I think. There are plenty of buys coming in so this should move up again very soon!!
Thank you all. Much appreciated.
Given that the initial dispute was announced via RNS it would be good if the company could confirm that the matter has been resolved / put to bed via RNS too.
Apologies if I've missed this but has there been any update on this dispute?
Have the claims been dismissed or are we still waiting on the court case???
You are roobler.
This poster has unfortunately plagued this BB for many weeks spouting his rubbish and changing his view depending on whether he is in or out of GCM. One minute is a goer and the next he doesn't want GCM to take advantage of 'his people'.
Unfortunately LSE refuse to ban him.
