Long timescales relate to management wanting to defer/delay things so they can benefit in more options and salary etc.

If there was energy and real ambition to recover the share price to 45p and then rerate from there, it would be done in one announcement.

The share price has had a ceiling of 17p, being the same price the day when Caldwell arrived as CEO back in March 2023. Funny about that ay.

Have a look at the historic volume since the day when our Board met in London back in late January. It was crumbs which has increased significantly.

There has been no reset. There has been a partial recovery but a long way to go before we hit 45p (level achieved pre 750m funding news).

Straight after that meeting in January ,Caldwell became a Board member and Vujcic became CEO which is a similar dance when Caldwell was involved in Zijin takeover of Guyana. I like Dan but he is a banker and in place to oversee a sale.

My bet is that Caldwell sold us out to Zijin or Jiangxi back in January and the deal is about to be announced.

It will be an absolute farce if our CEO announces a takeover before announcing the following:

- Updated PFS / NAV

- Construction Investment Protection Agreement

- Confirmation that we have submitted the EIA.

- Confirmation that the government will expedite our environmental permitting to 60 days.

Since that day, brokers and their third party grubs have knocked us down 20 %.

The dimwit derampers are in full flight - just like the good ol days (when we went from 40p to 6p).

I still see very big daily volume. Small sells push the bid down and large buys don't move the dial.

So if insiders and brokers are so desperate to knock us down in order to aggregate stock, what do they know is coming and are they aware of something significant which happened on Friday 17 October.
