The new mining tax in Ecuador for large scale mining projects that are in the Economic Evaluation Phase is $118 per hectare.

Because if Jiangxi/Zijin pushed through a takeover offer when we were at 6p back in January 2025 which was accepted by their mates/shareholders being Valuestone, Sangha, Caldwell, Johnny Liu, Vujcic ? etc, then its very much possible that Vujcic will announce the friendly takeover before any milestone is hit.

If Vujcic generally wanted the share price up, he would update the PFS and confirm what he achieved on the 17th October in Quito at Noboa meeting.

Its clear that Jiangxi was a party involved in the CGP and Solgold merger. Its confirmed that our CEO is a CGP proxy and its clear he is being directed by CGP and Jiangxi, therefore why on earth should/would retail shareholders trust our current CEO?
