As expected, they have put the subsidiaries into administration. Now it's a cash shell which needs to do a fundraise in the next 6 months... £6million if i read that correctly, who knows...

Needs an out the water offer made on Look or MP.

If too good to refuse, SP will spike and then the BOD will really have to defend their fiduciary duty by not considering and putting this to shareholders consideration.

Brilliant BOD, but a turd of a deal for existing shareholders. I would be pushing hard for at least a 5p conversion.

Basically an easier way to list a company rather than traditional IPO.

It's valuation is in shell territory now... have to see how it all pans out though... and if there's a plan to pre-pack the Mirriad trading business and reverse a new company in here.

Steve, i agree on your view of Sharebell. They are renowned for getting it wrong. I recall them screaming buy at 4p shortly before this went to 10p and suspended.

My view is the new BOD could be the best hope now.

Yes it will come with a cost, they were never going to do all this work for free, as now appears apparent.

The alternative to me, could see RMD pull the plug on the debt and request full redemption. The same debt which is secured over all the companies assets. Think about what that could mean for an investment.

What makes you so confident they are required to excise the notes now, when they can sit back and skim the interest as a creditor in a company with a profitable JV?

Assuming you understand how capital stacks work Egypt? Equity is subordinate to Debt.

Last time i read here someone wrote it was coming back at 2p (Greg I think), then I saw a major holder bought in around 2p on an RNS. Usually when a co raises they don't tend to go for a massive premium as it can lead to a sell off due to the natural market forces involved.

The new owners I think will want to raise at a price that covers them. I think 2p might do it, but perhaps they can then consider consolidating to make the share price appear more higher and attractive to new entrants. Nobody likes a penny stock association and this BOD is the real deal in my view.

If they issue 300 million shares at 2p that's £6 million in the kitty. I personally thought they would be going for more than £30 mil raise. That would be 1.5 billion shares issued. Maybe then a consolidation. I don't know though just my guess.

We can speculate now, but need BOD to tell us or get the prospectus out.

Lads the new BOD is mustard. I said this all along. They want to make sure we are fully compliant before they announcing anything. They do all this work for free and all that people are doing is slagging them off. If i was them, I would be frustrated with the support levels and sack this off.

These guys want big institutional investors. Not ZagEgypt or Hepran off LSE (no offence lads trying to make the point they need big hitters).

I like the new BOD, I think they know what they are doing. So far timeline is:

- the account's have been delayed a few times.

- CEO with historical business interest left/ got kicked.

- a shareholder meeting is arranged for next week.

- the financial backer has put a charge on the assets.

- the Company remains suspended from trading.

We need to know what the new project will cost and terms of any likely fundraise. That looks like what we are all interested in now.
