Yes, it feels like the best deal, in the worst circumstances... i do hope they can get something in Europe (maybe Poland, Hungary, Romania?) soon.

It's not entirely over, but it does mean the company will be suspended for at least another 12 months in my view.

Main Cash shell is roughly £500k, and depending on calibre of management and anticipated projects that can easily increase in to the millions.

What I can't understan is what are proceeds of the 49% disposal? If a company will take 51% in lieu of a $5 million debt repayment, it doesn't make sense why it's been handed over for nothing...

Why didn't they just hand over the 100% for $5m prior to the AGM, or maybe it was to give shareholders some hope there could be some value realised in the assets...? And thus BOD didn't lose their positions.

I like the BOD's view on transparency, honestly and good governance, but that should be the foundations of any listed company... not a unique selling point.

Manx are communicating more info about Fiinu, than Fiinu are about themselves. Almost like Manx are pulling the strings and not really talking to Fiinu about the sensitivity of these announcements.

Hopefully Fiinu can sever ties with Manx and get a better deal with a more reputable, upcoming and well known bank. There's a few to choose amongst others Monzo, Atom and well, why not Revolut, you never know...

I know they were despereate for funds at the time, so it was a bit of hand behind back moment, but Fiinu is roughly the same MCAP as Manx and even managed to get away a fundraise at 20p.

I think they could easily get that loan repaid and get a better deal. Let's hope though.

Well I personally don't see how the vote has made a difference really.

In my view a Yes is voting capital loss by shareholder dilution, and a No is a capital loss by bankruptcy (and assets seized by Creditors)

ASI, the company is suspended from trading. The information wouldn't therefore be price sensitive and surely MAR not relevant in this context.

My view is it's worrying to have circa 30% of shareholders voting against a companies Ordinary Resolutions, let alone the Special Resolutions not passing.

I personally can't see suspension being removed, because most of the 'Yes' voters are likely to have been the day traders here who are getting desperate for their cash back.

If suspension was lifted and they all dump, those shares could easily fall into the hands of 'No' voters and that may lead to actions such as an EGM being called to request BOD removal.

Too much risk at present, but let's see what happens. All in my own opinion.

Egypt, that's a whopping number of against votes.

How a BOD can be satisfied with such a result is beyond me... i've seen a directors walk for getting a much higher % of a vote.

Jules, The chief is a shrewd businessman. Existing shareholders could end up as bystanders who get a slither of the upside potential versus an all out permanent loss of capital.

People should focus on the reality of the situation as oppose to pipeline dreams.

We all want this to come good. But let's keep it grounded and humble.

Might be too late. Should have called the EGM on Friday when the stake was made. BOD clearly appear to have expedited the Admin process as oppose to losing control... why they did't suspend the share last after that announcement is beyond me!
