This share could double over night, it could triple overnight, indeed any share could increase by 500%+ , , , , , , the chances of that happen ? , agreed are slim. But this share did jump around 15% earlier in the year on the back of fake news (then dropped back again) which demonstrates appetite for RR

Llet us not forget VW Porche case 12 years ago when VW quietly built up its position and put a run on the stock with shorters - antything can happen

No we don’t own shares SMR RR, we own RR shares. BECAUSE NOBODY owns SMR RR shares accept those interests (people,goverments) who stumped up the money and are in the consortium. With RR being the major player in R&D.

That being R&D to devise, explorer and report on what is needed to set up factories, which will one day - churn out components for SMR’s. No one is missing out, No one has been hood winked, no one is being ripped off, and no existing RR IP will be being transferred, passed out, stolen or otherwise

Most large scale engineering projects work around a consortium (of interested capable parties) – here it has been encapsulated into a registered company, possibly since monies have changed hands.

RR do not make buildings and construction, does not do surveying, does not do tooling (well maybe the do a little) etc, etc etc etc. but needs to investigate and cost it all . Investors have stumped up the money for this to occur. They may well get a return for that investment - but so will RR share holders

If you’ve never worked in industry and/or never been part of a consortium for PFI or PPP then it may seem a strange, but believe me it is how the world works and how large projects get completed.
