Truth - you do realize your talking to yourself ... this board normally gets 1 or 2 posts a day and less than 10 trades per day. SO its a bottom drawer stock and just wait it our ... no point trying to post every 5 minutes to entice posters to buy more .... because theres nobody here :)

thats the date of the query when you pinged the court server to ask for the status. The status of the case is still pending and listed as court 4 for yesterday - which just means they haven't updated the info yet.

Less hassle to just wait until its over 5p then decide if you want to sell

still says case is pending for today Court 4. So I guess as we haven't had an RNS its been pushed back again and the court website hasn't updated yet

Good to make the point that we as PI's are not happy with the placement timing, but a waste of the 2nd question on the same subject. Would have been better to try and pin them down on timing of milestones.

They now have to prove they are spending the money wisely by accelerating projects ... I don't want to see them splashing cash on new prospects when they aren't bringing existing projects to full production.
