More likely that Glencore would snap up the whole of G11 rather than wanting to just buy Stonepark. I assume thats why they have a strategic holding just under 30% of G11.

Good for us if they do because either we then have Glencore as a major partner or more likely we sell our Stonepark interest bundled with the G11 buyout

Cant see how the warrants from the placing can go ahead now the SP is over the 2p strike price.
Plus with the change of the BOD going through I don't think there will be any RNS on warrants until that is finalised.

Although Im not sure how they keep whoever bought the £5m of placing happy as that placing was tied to them getting 2p warrants

This has been on the cards since July ... can't see it getting done now we have our own drill ...maybe when drilling program is complete ? But they still haven't started drilling yet. - I expect that should be the next RNS.

mmmm but thats the same message that rampy rampers have been putting out every month "this is our month", "RNS coming" for the last 6 months.

Dont get me wrong Im invested here, 3 purchases so far, the first at 40p (so not too happy) ..... Im "hoping" for a decent sale, but not looking forward to another 6 months worth of "anytime now"

The GM will be in January to vote on the warrants ... do we still vote them down? Doesnt seem there has been any amending of the terms. Surely this level of dilution isn't needed

The advertised ask is always a tick higher than the actual buy price, so most quoted sells are in fact buys !! Why is it 1.30 ask when clearly it should be 1.25 ?

which is why I treated myself to a little top up this morning :)
