No they wont and shouldn't. Look back at the RNS's they will release only when they have something substantial to say.

I don't believe they are the sort of board to jeopardize the case by putting an RNS out, not after many years of hard work to get it to the final judgement stage.

Which if you then look at the previous judgement in august, that is different because there was no request and agreement between the parties to re list PLUS the relist is next Tuesday not another month so I imagine the court wont take kindly to yet another request for delay

It didnt gap down at open, if your looking at LSE they had a 21p UT trade as the last trade last night when actually the mid was 18p .... so we are only about 5% down not 20%

rather than me paste and copy you should read the RNS of 12th Nov 2019 ... very clear in there at the bottom the answers to the India mining code.

GoR have used every tactic to delay and hope that PAT and their JV partners would allow the license to lapse - that ain't a happening !!! The case to be heard tomorrow (hopefully) is a FINAL hearing and issuance of judgement. The only delays now are getting the court time.

TL says when they moved to the prospecting license thats when India started "playing games" with them. There is no case left to answer and all that can be done now is keep delaying the decision.

Funny drop back yesterday from 34% rise ... dropped 20% back but there were no sells of any volume. Then they put a UT through at 16:35 and looks like we started 8% down, but we haven't (to be fair that might just be LSE).

I wouldnt worry about it, 15%, 20% rises per day is good ... no need for massive spikes IMO

Its a massive rerate we want to see .... I think at the moment the MM's dont know what to do with it, so expect lots of games
