What is the court case today, I cant find anything in the last years RNS pointing to a court date today....the last i see on Sipiem was in march "CL17 has commenced the process to collect the award payment from the main defendant"

Bond holders are the only ones that can make money here. They lose on the primary investment but gain on the VWAP when they take converted shares in lieu of interest payments. I reckon they make about 10-15% profit. they forward sell the SP falls the VWAP falls and then you get a conversion RNS a few days later .... easy money and the naivety of COPL to give these terms out is what has created this spiral.

Of course they are on the ask, JBER are the ones that are selling on behalf of Bond holders, they have been doing this since the Bonds first came out months ago.

BH's can make money on this all day long because of the VWAP ... if people don't get this then you are going to lose a LOT of money.

They've raised enough to get to revenue ...... most people assuming revenue happens in Q1 ... but I've been here years waiting for that so forgive me if I have little faith they wont raise yet again.... and lets not count the court case, its stuck in the Italian courts forever.

How long do YOU believe they will continue for with no revenue and increasing costs?

guess we "should" get an update on the court case this year. If there is no clear commercialization of methods A and B in Q1 then it will be another fund raise to kick the can down the road again .... FG is seemingly an expert at that as well.

I thought the target for Q4 was to return to the early 2022 production levels .... half way through the quarter and they are still barely over 1100 bopd despite all the money and effort spent on all the things they said were causing the issues.
