I have emailed QBT about Sipiem; it may not be their core business anymore but its a significant asset that there has been no new and clear communication since March 2023 and they should be keeping the market uptodate on it, particularly if another appeal has taken place in December

Can't see it being exclusive ... makes no sense to limit your revenue stream like that. it will be revenue by % BTC increased or license fee per machine using the software - or a mix of both. Clients might choose either depending on size and first adopters status. QBT will need to agree to some limitation for early adopters or it then becomes everyone has to have the software .... which might be the case longer term.

Yep, until SEC give an Y/N answer BTC will be bouncing around all over. Yesterday USA reports were thick with SEC 90% guaranteed to approve ... and might even be today. Hasn't yet been today but theres an analyst report from Matrixport saying they dont expect SEC to approve this quarter and actually telling investors to short Bitcoin ...

We will see who is right soon enough.... but none of this matters much to QBT if we don't see some commercial contracts signed soon.
