its not ... the advertised spread might say 0.20 - 0.30 but the actual spread is more like 0.222 - 0.25

If there are no large sell trades by close then MM's will be forced to rebalance and the price will rise ... theres been too much buying today for this to drop back this much.

Not worried tho as the value will out here.

So its a straight yes/no vote - cant see anyone voting No? and they need at least 1/3rd of issued shares present (or by proxy) - about 100mill

There are specific quorum requirements for the EGM set out in the Migration Act - i.e that at least three persons holding or representing by proxy at least one third in nominal value of the total issued Shares of the Company are in attendance for the EGM to validly proceed.

Not a chance - this company has failed to deliver time and time again and the only people that have made money are the BOD
