The RNS by Proger is a somewhat laughable in their attempt to protect Proger Spa (the ultimate parent company) by disputing any link between the capital increases that happened in 2019 and did they use the loan from CAD for that ... I dont that makes any difference what they did with the loan as the terms of the loan are quite clear that CAD will take a % stake in PMP should PMP default and therefore ultimately will take a stake in Proger Spa.

Lets not forget that they have had Fasken looking at this for a number of weeks now, MMDR21 has gone through so expect PAT to launch a compensation claim very shortly ..... what do you think the shareprice will do when they throw a $1billion claim at the Gov of India, knowing full well that this is going to be backed up by International law mmmmm

This has always moved on very little volume because there's hardly any free stock. IMO the MM's have over-coocked the drop in the last couple of weeks and now its correcting.

Err no there is no rise, there was a UT trade late on Friday that set the closing price at 11.80, which is wrong because it was actually 13.50 mid price. So ignore the % rise reported and look at the actual trades going through.

That being said technically we should rise off of here as the SP was on it ar5e last week. Needs some reasonable buying volume to get going though, and I have no more funds ready to start it off :)

trades not showing but Price has risen 10% off of the -14% low

I don't know what the MM's were trying to achieve .... this action at this low volume doesn't make sense unless theres a large order in the background being filled at a low price.

So unless theres a large forced seller being worked in the background this will just bounce back up on technicals alone.

The RNS today says "further update within the next month" .... this relates to the Tradeflow news not the TRADING update that is still coming
