Joshwaa - PAT only owned 46% of Moydow to start with, if DFR do nothing PAT end up back at 40% but DFR have already provided equity funding to Moydow of $2.75m to pay down loans etc so we haven;t lost anything except time and the opportunity to prove up and mine Labola.
I cant see DFR not doing anything - these guys are a serious outfit with large backers - they are going to push Labola to mining asap .... I expect we will now see the assay results very shortly and understand why DFR have done this deal on the terms they have.

Just watched it ... all makes sense now and surprised myself by having got the numbers right before watching Marks very clear explanation. So we have 20% FREE carry, they are still looking at maybe IPO in future, MRE will be this year. IF DFR do nothing than we get back to 40% (currently 45.75%) but the debt that Moydow had has been paid off circa $1mill.

All in all very very good, keeps us in the game and with control (although minority) of the asset rather than just a shareholder with no operational control

We should get an interview shortly with MB to explain this RNS .... Im trying to work out the % ownership changes this implies ... looks initially like a good deal, especially with no further dilution

Eddie563 - good post. That was my thoughts as well ... once I had pulled my finger out and gone back and understood how old these machines are. This is undoubtedly why theres been no official reference to them for some time.

I understand the need to raise Finance for the TF acquisition but the scary party of this is the total possible CLN of £56million - half of the current mcap.

Is that level of dilution really necessary - christ knows how long they think its now going to be before they are cashflow positive.

Does anyone know how they are testing their algo's ? do they have their own mining machines (if so they must be mining already).

Surely they will need to test at scale to prove to potential clients (miners) that there algos work
