My understanding is that the quoted spread prices are the lowest and highest the current MM's are advertising to buy/sell at. The actual trading is happening in a much tighter range - currently about 114/115.

If you have Level 2 its easier to see..... I ignore the quoted spread though and look at the actual trade prices showing

Did you just buy on an impulse / twitter post ?? This is a company thats only been running 4 months on its current work plan .... its going to be a scary ride - good and bad. If you wanted a short term 10% gain then get out when you can on the next rise

They must be applying these algo's, methodologies, optimisations to existing chips ... see RNS 18 Aug below. Which we also seem to have advanced on these timelines already :)

The Field Progammable Gate Arrays (“FPGA”) and Application Specific Integrated Circuit (“ASIC”) expert retained by the Company will start implementing the first set of optimisations on FPGA this month and early completed versions of the FPGA are due by the end of October 2021, while the optimisations covered by the patent being filed are due by December 2021. Based on the performance achieved by the FPGA chip, it may be decided to use it as the Company’s first mining engine. ASIC development work will start in parallel in October 2021.

Time for me to top up and I'd like to get it as cheap as chips please :D

This sort of crappy price action (slow drip drip each day on peanuts volume) is usually MM's trying to fill a large order at a set price .... I dont know though maybe they are just bored and letting the bots play silly buggers.
