The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
Interesting also that Donald (Pond) posted this on Telegram last night. Together with his recent tweets, the updated corporate presentation, the presentation on 12th Jan 23, JTs recent posts and the ATS results before the end of Q1, I suspect there are lots of folk (investors & those waiting to invest/up their stake) watching very closely. GLA & DYOR etc.
DMS1: In September 2022 you wrote "Agree. Can't buy any meaningful amount of shares. Whether this takes 6 months, 1 year or two years to reach £2 - £3 I am confident that this very capable Board of Management will get us there in due course."
5 months later and you're talking about dilution after selling 430K shares. I am very confident non-dilutive funding will get sorted. When? I hope announced in the next 2 weeks. If not, I'm still confident that by 18 months the share price will be £1-2. When the RNS lands, buying meaningful amounts will be difficult. I'm buying trading pots over my core 300K shares (that will be held for years) on the way down and will sell these on the way back up - but not once funding announcement :-))

May do. Used the last 2 dips to lower average to 34p from 40s, holding a large core of 300 000. Will use this to lower average further by selling non core on the way up ( unless fu ding lands!). GLA. Should be an interesting year.
OK. She represents Perpetua Resources? What's the relevance?

Should have left my top up till today! Some powder dry if we hit the 30s again. Very much doubt it with so much news due & so many eyes on this.
Couldn't resist another (last one!) top up at 43.22 just now. Unusual for me, averaging up now. Not many days left in February. Hopefully finance, as firmly alluded to, before any other major news. Quiet on this board as we are all waiting for the same thing.
PXC & TXP now my 2 biggest holdings, Trek. In no hurry either. And in 10 minutes I too will be out in the sun, sliding down the Alps on skis - blue sky and perfect siw. GLA!
I should mention, it's an old presentation.

While waiting for funding news, interesting to listen to RW talking about dividend at about 20 minutes in. Fully diluted, the share count is 138 million, so potentially quite a hefty payment per share - the maths is fairly simple :-)
"It’s just frustrating because there is a great story to tell but while we are raising funds I’m limited in what I can say. Once that is done we will be able to be much more communicative."
Posted by DP on Telegram just now. Sounds like just a little more time is needed!

Going through 'old' paperwork and found £11k in a cash ISA I didn't know I had! Hopefully funds arrive before we take off. Else, it goes on TXP or DEC. Fingers crossed that none of them move much. Odd to hope PXC pulls back a bit, but I wouldn't care averaging up if the RNS lands before the funds in my account :-)
Thanks Trek. Read your post and watched the video again: thanks for your insights as you how Ryan answered the capital question. I am as convinced as I can be, without seeing the RNS, that big capital raising news is on the way.
Whilst on YouTube, I watched this again from 1 year ago: https://youtu.be/K6a7KPUH-XM
I like the bot at 5:20 re 2.5% of the future smelter royalties being paid to shareholders as a dividend. I'm counting chickens, and am guessing that this might be quite a high yield if bought circa 40p (while one waits for the other pieces of the jigsaw to fall into place.
Thanks for the heads up, noix. Will have a look tonight - can't research your large LTHs too much.
I think (don't know) it's increased costs. Have not heard any talk of M&A. What I thought was interesting was why bother stating the extra 20m if you knew you had only partially completed the bonds? You wouldn't imo. All the comms are pointing towards the now expected news. If I'm holding for all the other mines plus the deep sulphides and the early dividends, then a 5-6 week wait is immaterial.

I found this article from a few years ago that explains clearly what a copper porphyry is, and it's significance. It's not about PXC specifically. I've known about the 'elephant below' the oxide pit for a while, but wanted to find out more. Thought it might be of interest to some.
> $80m LOL. Got the important bit wrong!
Something is afoot. Did anyone notice the corporate presentation has been updated?!
Slide 13 is interesting: $>0m corporate copper bond expected to COMPLETE Jan/Feb 2023, as was noticed by some on the recent Proactive interview slides.
Would want to be fully loaded when that happens. I'm neither buying (no more cash) or selling (we all know why) for years.
