I'm not sure that they should be spending too much time chasing places like the Philippines, if they know that the opportunity is only £6M. If India is really taking off, that is where their total focus should be IMO.
Also, if the opportunity in Thailand is £2M(!) to £40M, this needs to be constantly considered carefully. Despite the obvious JST connection, they need to watch that they don't get bullied into giving Stamp preferential treatment, only for the real opportunity to go to JST and not Cyan. This relationship could easily end in tears. Are Cyan opening doors for Stamp, rather than the other way round?
