There are some cheap deals but I am going to do some TV hunting on cyber Monday. There will be a nice bounce back next week, this is a broad sell off across the market as traders are all on the computers looking for black friday deals on amazon and the like. *(that was a joke its obviously a sell of with the fear of a "new" variant). This is a good trading lesson as there will be new variants from here on out for the rest of time so keeping money aside for times like covid variation panic will be a good call to trade.

It was nice to see BZT on the top risers even though it was just back to where it was.

What's with the deramping posse that has turned up all of a sudden on the good RNS releases? very bizarre. I will keep going to the 3%, it helps me so all good here.

Lower ask at the minute but the MMs are holding the line. It's actually a good update in a way as it is simply progressing as normal really. As illustrated in my link they have plans for the asset so they will be discussing these plans. It is as simple as that really.

100% agree with you MrT there isn't a big sell off just a couple of small sells which indicates the market agrees. Might take advantage of it and buy some more :)

If anyone has ever had to go through a housing extension they will be able to sympathise with how these kinds of plans take so much effort. There is always questions and things missing that have to be filled out. Off the back of this there is the fact it is not exactly as smooth over there as here AND there is covid.

You should have tagged XTR and JLP in your post. I can't help but think that we are the next UFO tbh or GGP. We have so much going on and when we have the listing finally in place our market cap will rocket up. We will have access to funds without having to dilute as well!

Wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't a cash offer in place when the listing comes in to take us out at a cheeky price. Even the NAV would be less than one when we are at 40 million based just on current mcap + a low listing asset valuation! Let that sink in for a minute that's basically 6 bag even at this price without any of the JV etc!
