Nothing in the call so far in all honesty. The caller talking about raising 100m would be a good thing if we get lending again and 200m in debt just takes us back to our previous lending facilities.

It will be a long few months ahead but it looks good I think.

You are 100% right they wont do a RI until the SOA is approved or nobody would buy in. The "material" is the issue and what that actually means.

ATrades, agreed. without knowing what dilution this will be it is like picking lottery numbers with only a small chance of winning. Statement of fact not a deramp. It could be a 100 - 1 or a 1 to 100. I believe they will expect an equal haircut to the claimants AND to raise capital. This "material" dilution will mean shareholders are basically wiped out completely and the SOA will be tied to the RI as well so if people don't subscribe then the shares will be sold on the open market. Either way you will participate. Hope everyone has powder free.

People are saying it isn't realistic. The fall was 23p on Friday! it has to fall just 50p to hit the 80p target! That is just two days of the same. It is a VERY realistic target.

I was just asked by someone how knows me personally do I post all my buys here. No, I don't. I do if I am not busy at work and have LSE open and using my laptop otherwise if I am on my mobile or have a background order in place I don't post these. As you all know I am open about my purchases but that is 100% dependent upon me having my laptop open and how the order is placed ie manually vs a FOK.
