I assume you worked it out as current mcap = £37m / 7.745p so each penny is worth 4.77727566172 Million

4.77727566172 * 20 = 95.5455132343 so you are a little out and would have to raise another 1p to get the 100 million.

I guess Frankie is looking at the current share price which would mean to raise 100m would be +/- 3 : 1

Very interesting to see how one person adds value to the passing of the SOA and the future business (Newbie) and Franky implies no value and in essence a halt to trading. That to me shows exactly why the share price is under valued at 8p.
