That top up of half a million I bought yesterday really helped my average. I am happy to participate in the future dilution as well and expect a rise from here to 13/14 over the coming weeks and months. Super happy.

Good for all of us who are taking this chance to buy in and average down.

Personal opinion. The share price was over sold on no new news. Everything was already out there for the people that listened so the reversion back up to 12/13 will be fast as people realise that nothing has changed and snap up the shares cheap.

We have a timeline now as well and know the FCA has been approached with a draft formally so this is all good news for anyone who has done their research.

Here's to an easy 30% in the coming month and Santa rally to push us further!

They are separate listings MrT bit like the US ADR pinks, the shares are equitable though so a sell there is probably going to equate to a sell here. Does that help at all?

Great to see that we will FINALLY get what looks like an FCA approved plan sent out (even if it is unofficial). They wouln't even bother sending out the committee stuff for vote.

I liked that a lot of people didn't think they need to vote because they are not eligible so why vote on something that you are not involved in.

Investor it will be a rights issue. They have already said that in the last court hearing. Any shares not taken up will be on the open market.

The level will be based on a fund raising amount not a share ratio. It will then be a share ratio at that point in time and as the previous level was 30p for a probable passing of a soa I would expect it to be based on a ratio at the 30p vs what the current price is. Basically, buying now ensures a good dilution I believe.

Based on a SOA that should pass which was at 30p so we can already factor the assumed value.

The raise will be after a soa so you can already price that in so 5p raise at 30p. That is an offer I will take every day of the week being able to buy in at this price.
