Agree. Not saying takeover (Danaher as the obvious) couldn't happen at some time in the not too distant, but I don't personally get the gist it's happening right now. I don't think there's anything mysterious happening. Just us sat on low MC whilst we await any/all of the upcoming. The company play a straight but tight-lipped bat, and I don't get the impression they've been anything more mysterious than busy. I'm ok with that.

Interesting. And no doubt tense for holders. Their mcap currently what, circa 12x (!) that of GDR if I'm calculating right. That's a lot of way to potentially fall

(Rambling comment, but as been said before, one of the comfortable (if you can call it that) things about GDR right now is the very low mcap. After the big drop and low sentiment we're sitting down just awaiting any half good news. It's very low for a commercial stage diagnostics imo, especially with these products and partnerships. Never mind the Covid, we know for ex AIHL is CE marked, in PHE, and NHS tested and guidelined for. Imo it's just a matter of time and sitting on hands till that comes through, the Covid, and any sales of I.e. HCV to UNICEF or Military to US (been orders of that before?) without having to worry much as we're currently at nano-cap and already had the drop and slide lol)

Whilst there's nothing going on today as we wait on trading update (and the rest), here's something that just popped up on twitter. Not directly related to GDR, just reminded me of the speculation/paranoia (whichever way you want to see it, I'm not making a call) about the recent 'damping' note on the India licence RNS (which I think someone confirmed was given that cautionary note on instruction from the nomad?)

@rbr08 yeah, just fished the relevant Q's from last presentation:

Q36: Have Genedrive considered a takeover by Danaher Corp?
Takeovers are highly regulated and so shareholders would hear almost immediately if there was anything to report.

Q73: With the use of Cytiva at the front end and Beckman for sales has the company/board considered talks for totally linking into the Danaher group or received any such talk ?
We are of course working with 2 Danaher companies and coordinate activities. If we had any discussion beyond that, we would be under disclosure obligation of the UK Takeover Code of the Companies Act.
