Gap between potential and delivery26 Mar 2025 17:50
For a business that was meant to flow test over last 2 years various wells, drill MOU-5 last year (ironically he may have picked right location if so) and should have sand jetted in Sept-23 and has raised $14m in the 20 months since making such plans to fund delivery.
End H1 last year was meant to also be when we started to get revenue from T&T.
Ireland is beyond our control, there remains a company arrangement I've long had concerns about corporate governance on the arms length nature of what PRD signed up to (where PG is on the other side).
With the $14m he could have drilled 2 or 3 MOU-5 wells, Sandjetted, swabbed and flow tested.
He still hasn't flow tested, hasn't swabbed and picked the wrong spot for MOU-5 and none of it was anywhere close to on time.
The CNG should now be producing!
Through all of these mistakes and misfortune he has adopted a belligerent nasty tone to dissenting shareholders.
This is not a record of which to be proud.
Now it needs:
Solid timeline to T&T revenue and how much it is and curve expected for ramp up.
Funds committed and timeline to flow test MOU-3 shallow sands and confirmation AG is still signed up to GSA.
Timeline for swabbing
How MOU-6 long lead funds have been used
A forensic audit of spending, contracts and remuneration decisions along with an IBR for cash position versus committed spending to understand the liquidity horizon.
I'm afraid I don't think PG is up to this and I would add some independent geological analysis would not go amiss in terms of drilling and what to target.
I said previously getting some experienced hires in on a consulting and success fee basis would have been sensible 18 months ago and would have delivered more.
Now, I fear we are down to around $3m and given the options he has taken and the salary, bonus and consultancy payments if he wants to get shareholders onside- forgoing his salary for options priced at 10p and using the cash to get a couple of capable people in to move things forward would be a step in the right direction.
I've restructured companies and combed through balance sheets and P&Ls for many years and a step change is needed here.
