Scancell founder says the company is ready to commercialise novel medicines to counteract cancer. Watch the video here.
Yawn.... Used to own a few of these many years ago. It's going nowhere why do people have an emotional connection with SAV. Glad I got out and moved onto American tech companies. Really not worth it here..... always jam tomorrow. If you can't see that then maybe the stock market isn't for you.
How can it drop 230%? It'd have to be a negative SP! lol.
Is small, not much left under 2p, next mm is on 2.5p!
He's done it before, why else would he build such a large stake. He has the contacts and the experience the big question is how is he going to grow it? He may be eying up an RTO, would certainly have the financial contacts to pull off a decent size takeover.
It sounds like they are already in advanced talks but no formal agreement has yet been reached. Update to be provided in the near future.... sounds close to a done deal. Even if they rto with a company of just a few million then this will bag from here. So much potential considering the market cap is only a little over £1m.
"Excluding the first contribution from Academy, 1pm increased its revenue by 48% and its profit before tax by 52% in the period compared with the equivalent period in the previous financial year." Plus there were £0.1m of costs relating to the acquisition. So if you calculate what the pre tax profit is if based on a full six months from Academy without any acquisition costs i.e. zero growth for the company going forward you get £2.365m, and doubling to get 12 months pre tax profit is £4.73m (£3.78m after tax).... with no extra growth! Market cap is only £31m!
Great to see a strong service sector over there, all will help boost 2016 growth in Paysafe.
Good to see some chunky buys today, institutions will be starting to buy from today and over the next few months in the run up to and after we enter the FTSE250 index.
Excellent update with fantastic growth in H2.
£5.60 could be the sort of target level for a cheeky bid approach to start off at.
I would imagine we will get an RNS this week giving the exact details of when the trading update will be as they had said it will be mid January which is not far away now.
May think about putting a bit more in here if the price drops significantly in the morning. At the moment it seams three steps forward and two back with the director sell as well, thought these would be round the £4 mark by now - atleast we've said goodbye to the 350p level.
When is the date for the announcement on the capacity auctions results? Is it in the new year or end of December?
I wonder if some of the buys this morning are director buys,it wouldn't surprise me at these levels
We should get an RNS in the morning to clarify whether they are going to take up the option and if not the implications going forward for GMSI. Results are also due within the next few days, will be interesting to see the position of the company and their plans going forward.
It's just the point at 14m 20sec in the interview where he says "I don't think...." as if he has plans to do so but it hasn't been officially accounced yet. A pause and a stutter doesn't fill me with confidence when the BOD don't have a lot of shares of the company they run, he was clearly looking for words he could say rather than what I believe the truth. I could well invest in the company in the future and they may do really well, howeever I suspect a placing is coming within the next three months.
That's all the directors have invested here. With the CEO Carl Esprey holding just 0.06%! Would give a bit more confidence if they had a bigger holding, maybe they would be less likely to dilute shareholders if is also affected them.
Not at break even yet, cash is forecast to fall from $6.1m on 30th June to $3m at the end of the year. With also the talk of investment then I think a big dilution is coming soon, probably best left until after the dilution is announced before investing here. Also not much room left for any delays to the ambition plans they have for the bottling plant. Certainly interesting to see how this goes though.
Bit dissapointed to be honest, looks like the 67p support level has been breached. Technically I see this going down to 62p which there may be support after that it's 58p. Still think this is a great company but the share sells does raise doubts about any imminent takeover activity for us which I was hoping for given the recent growth.
I can see it getting to 68p, on the trend that is forming, if we get to 67p then that will be the lowest level for 6 months! Not sure where we go from there, but hoping for a strong upward rally off the 67 to 67.5p mark.
