Looking forward to the investor day update today
See yesterday's rns. The company is now Paysafe ticker PAYS.
In a way I'd be a bit dissapointed if we were taken over, I'm not in it for a quick 50% as I fear it may end up being as I see a huge future with the growth of this company and wanted to hold for many years.
The latest info I have from the drilling at GMSI is in the Deccan investor call on 5th October http://www.deccangoldmines.com/pdf/newsupdates/data_DGM02201510056289.mp3
Apparantly the drilling was still ongoing at 30th September, only part way through then they have to analyse the results etc. It will be interesting to see if it gets done by 25th November when the option to subscribe to more GMSI shares expires, and if the do/don't what the implications are - if they want to subscribe it's £1.3M, so a placing will be needed but the drill results one would imagine would be favourable. If they didn't subscribe then it puts in the question the future of GMSI and how they are going to fund themselves going forward. Certainly a lot to play for in the next 4 weeks.
Who would be most likely to be interested in INL? TW, PSN, and BKG are all in a very strong position with cash to throw around. There are also others like BWY and BVS, or do you think we could be acquired by a company outside the UK looking to get in on the buoyant UK property market?
Could double in the next six months. The PEG ratio is staggeringly low!
Are they unwinding their position? They were sitting on a decent profit.
Is a 5 bagger from here!
Just topped up at an amazing price. Thanks. I just got shares at below the cash level of the market cap!
It must be tempting for Deccan gold to load up on Kgld at these prices, why pay full price for Gmsi when you can pay half price and get a load of cash thrown in with it!
KGLD are bound to know the results of the drilling, grades etc. as both Nicholas Spencer, and Vaidyanathan Sivakumar are on the boards of both KGLD and GMSI. Are they waiting for the updated JORC before releasing the news? It would be interesting to see what they have to say if the SP rose dramatically and they were forced to give a statement regarding the shareprice movement as I'm sure they are aware of plenty of price sensitive information regarding the drilling at Jonnagiri.
What I liked about yesterday is that there was very little slling by PIs, most of the trades were buys mopping up the big sell - shows that KGLD has good support amongst its shareholders, and that most are in it for the longer term and the realisation of the considerable gold assets.
anyone with twitter a/c want to tweet the reason for the drop was the sell order being filled as I recon there are probeably quite a few interested at these prices if no placing is coming in the short term.
Yep, lots of people thought it was a placing coming, but no, it was just the sell. Excellect oportunity to pick some shares up at (still) bargain prices.
Now we see the reaso for the drop - 4.3M sell yesterday that needed to be filled. Market is back to normal today with price reacting to buys/sells. Expect it to go up quickly from here.
Is over 5p, and that doesn't include the drill results coming soon which will increase the JORC and the nav
Looks like Mms looking for stock this morning. Have away many shares at low prices yesterday, looks like they were hoping for a placement, without this they will need to accumulate at higher prices
They have plenty of cash in the bank for day to day stuff - funded until late 2016, however if they want to increase their investment in GMSI at an already agreed price and KGLD will be aware of the drill results (KGLD, GMSI, and SUN Mining And Exploration Limited are very much interlinked) then that will be very beneficial to us and will increase our NAV significantly.
