These big dumps, if I were a betting man lead to our heavily indebted friends Noble Group Holdings:

It all depends on when Linda says she can repay the $2.3bn. It should be possible at these prices this year with a pinch, but even so, we have our friends Noble with their 8%, under pressure from the Jamaican Government to repay their massive debt and they are totally reliant on Harbour shares sales to do that. I think we have to think more modestly and say 500p by the end of September.

I think they will aim to complete the buyback to coincide with the 1/2 yearly report on Thursday as a statement of financial strength. Remember Q3 will be exceptionally strong with 3 months of record Natural Gas prices, and probably Q4 also. Hopefully they have prioritised the loan repayment and reduced this by as much as they can. Come on Linda!

"We still have a very critical winter ahead of us. We have to expect that (Russian President Vladimir) Putin will further reduce the gas," Mr Habeck told German broadcaster ARD from Canada, where he is on a three-day trip with Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
Of Friday, Russian state-owned energy company Gazprom said it will shut down a key pipeline carrying natural gas to Europe for three days at the end of this month.
The move, which will increase pressure on European countries struggling with the cost of living crisis, is said to be due to "routine maintenance".
Gas through the pipeline is currently flowing at just 20% of its nominal capacity.'

It's been listed here a few times I know but worth repeating:

It's looking more than rosey.

I'm being very conservative, this share also follows market sentiment; both Shell and BP down today. What seems to work for investors is cash. HBR are generating bucket loads with Natural Gas @ 460p. Putin will not make the supply any easier over the coming months and the UK government will see sense in supporting our oil and gas industry and not hit them with this mad WT. HBR should be one of the UK's pearls!

I think SQZ are now fairly priced (and debt free) with Market Cap on a par with their likely turnover this year. So even if you allow for remaining debt in HBR of say 1bn by the end of this year and take this off a turnover of say £5.3bn, would suggest the SP should rise by at least another 21%, or 483p by year end.

Sorry to be a doom monger on the SP, but whilst under normal trading conditions and hoping for a bumper 1/2 yearly result the SP would dramatically increase, we can not underestimate the impact of our friends Noble (now Noble Group Holdings) and their efforts to pay off their immense restructured debt. I hope the market will see through these big dumps for what hey are rather than interpret them as bad news. Remember Noble acquired 8%, half of the 16% EIG gave away recently. It all depends on how liquid Noble are and what pressure they are under from their lenders :( Maybe the buy back will soak this up.

Noble restructured:
? Group cash balances of US$366 million and net debt of US$1,262 million as at 31 December 2021.
Loss making in 2021, relying on Harbour shares to generate cash.

Called it this morning. Still dumping going on from the newly acquired shareholders, probably Noble who are trying stay afloat:

? Noble Trading Co signed a binding Lock-Up Agreement with an Ad Hoc group of noteholders to support the deleveraging and reorganization(1) of Noble Holdings which is expected to complete by no later than 31 March 2022.
? Increase and extension of Trading Co Group’s Trade Finance Facility (“TFF”) from December 2021 until June 2023 and increased the size of the TFF from US$350 million to US$450 million to support its on-going trading operations.
? TerraCom and Noble Holdings have signed definitive agreements to restructure the terms of the Euroclear bond issued by TerraCom Bond maturity has been extended to 31 December 2022. The outstanding balance at 31 December 2021 was US$44 million and is expected to be fully repaid by end of 2022.
This explains some of the dumps!

As reported before SQZ, since going debt free have risen by over 150%, I would like to think that HBR follows the same path over the next 12 months. Their current market cap. of £1.12bn is double their 2021 turnover. So by my reckoning on >£5bn turnover HBR should within the next 12 months have more than double their current market cap. of £3.54n.

If there are no big dumps, there is/will be a shortage of shares (buyback and retention) therefore they have to create liquidity so expect some volatility on the journey upwards....
