George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
I posted this a few months ago and nothing has really changed ? Check the old RNS's unless just a big risky gamble ? Best luck whatever.. Anyone thinking of a punt .. This has a negative NAV -50.2p per share. The remaining properties for sale amount to £16.8m they are tied to Barclays bank as part of repayment of a £77.4m borrowed facility with a close date of 31 Oct 2018. The 2016 figures have just been published and it is only seen as a going concern to repay some of the crippling borrowings. I will print below the closing paragraph from the recent Chairman's statement with a link. BEWARE ! BEWARE ! you have been told.. " As the Board has previously stated, the sales process will not result in any return to ordinary shareholders after repayment of the Trust’s bank borrowings, to the extent that this is possible, has taken place.
Spot on okenia. Both MAGP and NTOG have not delivered over the long term and I believe both of these company's longer term backers, if any originals are actually still holding any shares ? can not really expect any great upswing in the near future. Outside the box is where I am hoping for progress. Some innovative thinking is required and your idea is a good one. Let us see what occurs and best luck..
Yesterdays NTOG RNS was a decent positive update, Finished with Matt Lofgran, Chief Executive Officer of Nostra Terra, commented: "With 6 consecutive months of operating profit and now increasing production rates, Pine Mills continues to generate solid cashflow for Nostra Terra. "Our primary focus as a Company is to increase production on assets that can generate free cash flow at current lower oil prices. Pine Mills is a great example of this, where the net cash flow covers the majority of our corporate overheads. "We look forward to updating on further progress on Pine Mills as well as other areas of our portfolio." http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=NTOG&ArticleCode=c0v9h8eh&ArticleHeadline=Pine_Mills_Update__Investor_Conference_Call
On the Company website no notification of that RNS yesterday headed from NTOG ? Also why does it say a proposed deal with MAGP when Mr Sneed has resighned Already if it is his shares we are talking about ? Very foggy Indeed ?
I am looking forward to the partnership however that may run a new lease of life just maybe ? NTOG on google finance down 98.28% since 2007 MAGP on google finance down 87% since 2012 A thought for any long termer's hanging on. Best Luck all..
Both company's issued the same RNS to the London stock exchange at 1315 Both headers were NTOG ? Strange ? http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/prices-and-markets/stocks/exchange-insight/company-news.html?fourWayKey=GB00B1G3RY22GBGBXASQ1 http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/prices-and-markets/stocks/exchange-insight/company-news.html?fourWayKey=GB00BZ76F335GBGBXAIM
For your information sharp the investments held only add up to 1.29m in the latest valuation 31st March 17 and they have hardly moved much since then so your 20p nonsense is a pure ramp. Once one of those investments start to deliver maybe the M/C should reflect the value of that rise as with today's spike a 2m M/C is well above the true NAV of this company so it may well be unsustainable we will see ? 3p max is about the correct price for now by next week I expect ? Best Luck whatever..
Plenty of cash to come in if realising investments. With only 53m shares in circulation and about 30% held by the BOD it all looks good once those eggs hatch and it seems AAU may be starting to PIP its shell ? Best luck all.. A placing would not go amiss if required ? a little more liquidity would do no harm maybe at 3p but probably not at all ?
Reminder for anyone new looking in. AGP has delivered in a big way this last year 3 special dividends. 1/ May 2016 17p 2/ March 2017 23p And from just his MAY a monster £1.06 special Dividend after a reorganise. It will still have a decent NAV Value per share which will be due to rented/rental and for sale large properties in China also a decent cash pile £400M ish ? which will be re-communicated ( Figuratively ) once the dust here has settled. Read through a few backdated postings below to get the full story.. Well done any holders who were in early Bravo to you.. Best luck all.. http://www.asiangrowth.com/html/eng/index.asp ( Company website hopefully allowed to link )
Let us see mrbrown it is all about the figures in the end not the ramp talk. As for FLOW no investment from here ? and if you look at the figures of that company it has some revenue but no profit and only losses has sent it tumbling. Arris.
We all have opinions Latino and mrb. We will see where this goes for the rest of the month. Latino are you inferring that the margin will be bigger than all the others ? I have no insider info for you but I can read between the lines and work out the figures. Nice but not bangs and flashes. I envisage a small profit when the finals come out towards the year end, a 2p .. share she B maybe ?
That new contract is over 6 years, so 6m a year and I am sure to win that contract the margins are similar to other won contracts over the years LOW. With a bit of a niche business it is a nice booster of a contract to keep the Company ticking over but it for sure will not transform this into some rainbow cash machine. The price popped up to just over 3p back in its history in 2007 on more business and better margins but the Historical average price has been 1p for 10 years and that on better profits than last year 2016. A generous M/C of £10m tops IMHO so it will retreat ? When ? Best Luck all. Just being Honest..
When the new Figures are released and the new NAV published we may see a rise ? Ref the spread it is not quite as quoted above with the small number of trades the last few buy to sell have been nearer to a 5% spread. For Information ? the Norwich and Peterborough building society share dealing web page enter ticker AGP the trades show up in real time if interested.. Best Luck all..
Remember profit from 2016 only 140k from £3.87m of Business so add another £6.3m Business a year and the profit is an added £228k ish therefore £368k Profit on £10m of business is less than 4% margin. £20m M/C no way maybe £10m at the top.. Realise a profit if you can but take care and best Luck..
