This special dividend is just as a normal one in the UK obviously the share price has now reduced by the Dividend amount, I hope you will be handsomely rewarded as the share price IMHO will tick up over a few months This is a cash Tree and that is why the special Dividend you will receive was able to be generated. I think you are wrong about no Lump of cash it will be most interesting to see the revised NAV and figures once reorganized also those China assets taking in rent are a great start to the new property empire. Those warnings may be for the naive China SEA holders from whom they want the shares ? Now they may not want them playing around on the AIM Casino ?? The RNS is worth a good study by someone cleverer than I, Am still thinking all is well for the £1.06 SD once the meeting is out of the way and after the reorganization AGP will continue to thrive cash wise and hopefully with some confidence and renewed positivity in the share.

Well 30% spread is quite usual for an i liquid stock at the moment anyway. Will be interesting if someone sells to see if they get 1.35 to nearly equal the year low ? I actually think its a LSE thing and the spread may well be less, its a bargain in my humble opinion for what its worth. Best Luck.

Last day to get in if you want to claim the 53% Dividend as it goes X tomorrow. It will drop the Share price from the get go on Thursday 6/4 by the Dividend amount 2612p but it is such a money making fund I expect some buying has been set up for the opening bell ? Otherwise the price should rise over the next few months.. Best Luck.
