It will be interesting to see if YMAGIS buy any more shares obviously they are interested with 9% bought already. Looking through YM news they have acquired a few similar media businesses over the last few years and have stakes in others. You never know they might negotiate a bigger interest with some kind of beneficial share based finance deal ? Time will tell and when it moves does so quickly as we know.. Best Luck all.

After the Results which may be a tad early ? June instead of July they could have the AGM anytime after that and resolution the Placing. As said by someone they could do with an improvement in Communications , a new marketing name maybe ? Best luck all. V Positive.

Also it is fact that YMAGIS SA did take a 9% stake on the 4th with a 3m Buy. That was the speculation for the jump and it showed how it could move on good news. Into profit just in last years Results and will be better this year for sure due June/July. The future looks bright to me anyways good luck All

Agree cossy. It could have gone a lot higher and Spiked Many. Very positive though even those sitting under may well be sitting pretty in a few weeks if they can hold, just remember it is not a loss untill you sell. Not sure on 12p it opened this morning at 12.75p so it could be correct if they have good buyers waiting to board. Best Luck.

The results will be good when published as noted as bettering the previous two year, I will expect those results to be slightly earlier than July as this update was 20 days earlier than last years. With such a low share allotment already even to double that allotment as long as they went to the right confident holders would not be amiss ? Remember we only have 32.66M in circulation and some of those are held by notified parties and BOD. F.I 16,666666 More @ 12p would still be under 50M shares in circulation and would raise £2m. That is a possible scenario and to a few confident holders it would be a brighter future indeed.. Best Luck all..

The $4m is I believe is after the 2017 Results so will not be relevant until this time next year, also if the Dividends continue on par or even better that $4m could be paid in cash although to increase the share allocation costs next to nothing ! unless as you point out OptionF flood the market with shares ? I presume they may sell some when the price is right at lot higher than 8p but hold onto the majority as they are partners after all.. Best luck.

Also GFD the dilution you talk about is agreed payment in shares as part of the payments for Dragon Financials to Optionfortune trade Ltd our co owners of DF. It works out to 15,421,175 shares @8p when converted from $ for when dragon F produce their Stunning Finals. Its not as if it is Darwin or other such outfit, I presume they will want to keep hold ? Also Dragon F produced over £2M of dividends for TECH who's Shares in circulation will go up to 87.96M Only. A tad more liquidity will do no harm here IMO .. Best luck to You ..

$7m in Cash, Dragon Financials Holding of 50% is flying and paying big dividends, expanding in Asian spheres to offset euro regulations that also do not apply in the USA, earnings in $. The next trading update will be interesting but I am happy with the figures and it is good they are telling us about some possible problems for the comming year as most on AIM would not. Am very confident here and it will fly on some astute buying which will happen IMHO . 6p Mm I don't think so but you never know ? Best Luck..
