Scancell has continued and has not shut down .... thus an RNS was not required as no material change has occurred

The Trial is still open, but no patient has been treated, You guys made such a big deal that and RNS would be required for first patient dosed ... yet you are NOT prepared to wait for it ... instead you want updates ..

we are still in a pandemic ..........

Bermuda .......... Scancell operate within the Law ..........

if you keep suggesting they are not ........... prove it

Reality is ............ RNS has legal backbone "material Change" so Scancell have to RNS

So all Scancell needed to do in 2015 was put out an RNS announcing the combo trial with a disclaimer “there will be issues” and absolve them from updating the market when the real issues arise.

Scancell is the Sponsor of a Trial .................. the Trial investigator actually runs it ...

i am sure Bermuda would agree ...

now what i said the other day applies exactly to what has happened today ..........

why has Bermuda not questioned the relevance of Rucks intervention ???????????????????????????
