scancell is researching personal vaccines and indeed could by also combining this with TCR .. because in the time scale of building the personal vaccine you also have time to tranfect TCR's

But Look at the above line ... personal MRNA vaccine failure ... that enormous investment in high speed screening and building personal vaccines to some extent is at risk ... what if you combined the TCR route with a vaccine .. exactly as they have done with Car T and a vaccine

you cannot dilute orange juice with orange juice ............ its an impossible mathematically model ..

to dilute it, you have to dilute with something of a lesser value ... ie water .

so the maths are dead easy

scancell has 1 share at 5.5p ....... = Mcap of 5.5p

it sells 1 share to Redmile at 5.5p

now two shares of equal value = mcap of 11p

now .. lets try water

scancell has one share value 5.5p

and Gives away one share for zero

you now have two shares but with a value of 2.25p

Mcap is the same at 5.5p ....

you have been diluted

if my maths was wrong and the SP was diluted by which ever number you want, lets use TF 40% ... then your Scancell shares would be worth 40% less ... that's real dilution .. seen in your PF ....

nothing has change from my Post on the 20Th ... we have been diluted go and read it ... and that refers to the IP and the balance sheet

the net effect is a cancellation ... on the balance sheet ... but the market is aware that loan can be converted to shares ..

similar to the options Ichor had ... and when they elected to take up the shares, the sp did not change .. its already priced in ..
