so unless your shares are certificated .. very difficult to vote. It will sail through anyway so i don't see what all the fuss is about

All getting confusing .. They are not legal tender . (lol) until after they have been admitted for trading .. however that does not mean you don't have them. They have allocated us the Excess in Barclays but no mention of scale back . That maybe a glitch in the software ie a missing warning but lets wait and see ..
