so i replied with the science from scancell on patients own Cytotoxic CD4 which throws up suppressor cells against them indeed the reason why scancell invested so heavily in developing the TH1 phenotype which in effect created the delay is because they had identified a group that might not respond to the vaccine unless they developed a method to control the phenotype which is why they collaborated with ISA Pharma

I would suggest while BioNtech are under the collaboration agreement they cannot attempt a takeover, and any company that has signed an NDA is also holding privileged information not available to other parties which would also exclude them from bidding unless Scancell itself puts the for sale sign up ..

Clearly the SP is not reacting to these suggestions of a takeover.

My advice, just ignore the hype ...
