Ibiza - you might wonder why the trolls don't respond to my helpful observations - they've filtered me cos they don't have the answers !

Ibiza - Dross also seems to have missed the elementary economics lessons - even if the BOD were shyte they're gone now but Goudron still producing at pretty much same rate ( thanks to W/O, Waterflood and good husbandry) - Saffron Exploration leading go Saffron 2 suggests enormous potential - these 2 factors are, presumably the elements being presented to potential lenders to give them additional comfort ( the press releases say that the combined company should improve borrowing status) .

I don't believe CERP cash flow pre P1 will help much ( although the offer from PRD was not in the original mix - $1.75 million not to be sneezed at - who can rule out an increased bid ?) but improved borrowing terms will!

Ibiza - Krapper is not very cerebral - accounts indeed show history but G&A featured heavily in creating losses - Koot probably presented CERP to BPC as a producing company where administration costs could be hugely reduced if CERP absorbed by BPC - all the BOD lost jobs except Koot - you have to ask yourself why Irene doesn't want to see what would be taught in elementary economics.

Lancy - I will if you repeat your request but if you google poster Offerman ADVFN you'll get access to his posts without the 5 second cut out which ADVFN apply during trading hours.

Chesh - I think you've had that problem with ADVFN - once you get on a specific thread there it doesn't throw you out so if you save the thread in history and access it through that you can read posts during the day - Offerman posts on the moderated non-nutters thread BPC thread !

CERP SP more than doubled on Saffron result - it was 45% COS pre- drill and independently analysed for CERP - yet Irene had been negative on SWP for years !

Dross - oldest troll trick on O&G board - P90 booking is usually dependant on the company having the financial resources in place to exploit it at that time - just cos it's not fully financed for removal doesn't affect the size of the resource and discerning investors know this don't they Dross!

Didn't take Dross long to tell you lot what should should and shouldn't be discussed on here - hope you like it - I did warn you !

I'm not that bothered about talk of a £2.50 SP after some exceptional development but I do note that Dross didn't seem to give much emphasis to borrowing as opposed to ' share issuance , farm-ins, whatever' in his analysis. I like to choose my battles so having a little snipe ( in good trolling fashion) I'm withdrawing !

I don't filter anyone - if there's dog shyte around I like to see it rather than clean shoes after the event but it says something about a troll when Dross admits to filtering Irene and buying in here - where is the honour amongst trolls these days ?

As I'm now talking to BPC shareholders rather than just you trolls I think it's worth pointing out that BPC seem to be on the same wavelength as me as they mentioned in the excellent Operational and Corporate Update of 13/08/2020, page 13 ' On-trend structures offshore have yielded major oil fields such as Soldado Main, Soldado South West and Soldado West within 12km of the South West Peninsula ' - I'll leave you to convert the Km into yards but most people would regard that as geologically close, BPC clearly do , the fact that trolls don't is not my problem - people can judge for themselves who has more credibility - someone like 0 bopd troll Irene or BPC!

Thanks for giving me the excuse to chat further about SWP - even troll 12bn on ADVFN was, only today , waxing lyrically about prospects for SWP - you trolls need to sort yourselves out - seems like Dross has bought in - is there no honour amongst trolls anymore ?

Irene - pleased you've understood the areas where I like to drive the coach and horses through - I'm happy to commend the other trolls on getting close to the mark but your 0 bopd was a mug's choice your mates avoided cos they knew it would come back to bite them on the backside later on !

The Post Office Book attitude to risk is one of my favourites- clearly anyone who's read the Government sponsored Money Advice website knows they should beware of AIM generally yet you trolls time and time again treated shareholders as if they weren't prepared to assume more than the PO book - CERP was quite high on the scale, being almost bankrupt at one stage, but the merger with BPC has heightened awareness of risk .

As for stalking you these are public boards -if you think you're up to trolling why moan if someone takes more interest in you - but I'm glad you've filtered me 12bn thought that was a good idea but couldn't resist peeking and eventually restored our relationship - he's still a work in progress though but he thinks a bit more before posting knowing I'll be jumping on any misinformation!

Offshore Soldado - I've covered in previous posts - really intelligent to think that the oil deposits from the days of the dinosaur knew they mustn't end up onshore at SWP even though they've been producing offshore, yards away, for many years Krapper !

LayLadyLay - just point out where I have lied - I'm not the one who ran a campaign for almost a year doubting Koot was telling the truth over drilling Saffron without needing a Placing - that was one of your troll mates wasn't it!

Of course you have history on Placings - forecasting a Placing ' Monday ' on the previous Friday ( which didn't happen ) seems to me to be in direct contravention of the ' important message from the Financial Conduct Authority ' everyone's attention is drawn to each time they post - up to 7 years in prison for those convicted ! That's not a risk I'm prepared to take just for over enthusiastic trolling !

Good to hear from you again LayLadyLay - regarding history I was taught we need to learn from history to avoid repeating those mistakes - knowledge isn't the same as approval - I call out misinformation when I'm sufficiently motivated and it's usually trolls that provide the impetus as trolling when done well is an art form but current trolls obviously didn't go to St Martins College!

Irene, as a non shareholder, used to respond very negatively when I posted on the potential of Saffron /SWP development regularly goading me and other posters to come up with an answer to ' how many bopd will it produce ' - my answer was it's an Exploration Well targeting multiple layers in an area that is known for producing oil - Galpha Point is just down the beach and Geology students travel to it to view the oil filled rock on view there plus CERP already were producing from the area at shallow depth and the Offshore Soldado field is visible from Saffron site!

I told Irene I wasn't going to predict the outcome of Saffron in terms of actual production as I didn't need to ramp CERP in that way and I knew from troll dealing that these delightful individuals use anything against you for years to come ! So it was that Irene decided to run the sweepstake, which we'd had before on the board in a light hearted way on other issues like SP by Xmas etc - this was a dilemma for her because previously the sniping was always against other people's posts - she never came up with technical arguments to challenge posters ( contrast with Dross ! ) - so selecting 0 bopd nailed her colours to the mast which I've goaded her about ever since - especially as the Saffron drilling is likely to be very productive in the future from the data already emerging .

Incidentally I was genuinely surprised she participated in the discussion on here the other day about drilling - sounded quite plausible so credit where due but I don't know why she is on here spreading negativity for years for no apparent reason ( apart from the one trolls never admit to! ) .

Continuation of post to Dross:-

BPC shareholders have managed so far without your blessing and most are probably not concerned whether it's available or not, your credibility is highly questionable because of it's naivety - yes everyone prefers as much as possible to be spelled out in black and white - some might argue the element of uncertainty is what's enabling investors to amass holdings at what will almost certainly be bargain basement prices if the drill is successful!

Dross - re your reply to JBT 11:52 you mention the Annual Report - presumably you are referring to the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts posted 01/06/2020.

On page 31/63 the financing is discussed and the following statement appears :-

' As at 31/12/2019 AND THE EXECUTION DATE of these financial statements the Group had no ability to draw down on the above convertible loan facilities and there can be no certainty that the facilities will be or remain available for drawdown in the future .'

Which part of that statement did you not understand?

If you were here to kick the tyres I'd say great - now you know what's in the public domain and you are only prepared to rely on that clearly BPC is not a share you should be buying but knowing you from old your MO is try and convince the world that if you aren't happy with the risk/ reward others should agree with you and sell out !

On CERP you spent almost a year ( during the period of ' a few ' years where you state you were a non shareholder ) trying to convince readers that Koot needed a Placing to complete Saffron drill DESPITE HIM TELLING SHAREHOLDERS HE DIDN'T . You were on the board multiple times a day apart from the time you desisted because readers paid, at your invitation, for you to stop posting!

In the end Koot proved you wrong - your financial argument was quite plausible but it was based only on the elements you understood - from publicly available information! It didn't take account of the fact that the rig owner was a shareholder in CERP and was happy to wait for some of his payment until after the drill ( something that wouldn't be considered exceptional for business people working closely together for some years ! ) .

Consequences for you were embarrassment of getting it wrong and having to slink away with tail between you legs but no financial loss whereas anyone taking your advice would have sold shares missing out on the financial gain of Saffron , more than doubled SP!

I'm not privy to the personal relationships BOD have with the CLN financiers - they clearly thought the risk was worth running at the time they offered the finance and that must have been based on same COS the as now . Price of POO seems viable for the drill and now that CERP is included they even have some production to fall back on ( Although I agree with Krspper that 500 bopd was unlikely to be cash flow positive in the CERP wrapper it looks much better as part of BPC - for a start look at the CERP BOD salaries saved plus accounting costs - add to that the prospects that SWP will produce in future and you start to see the case for the merger impressing those being asked to provide finance!).

In conclusion Dross you like anyone else can make you own decision on purchase of BPC - no one believes these crocodile whopper tears you're crying on behalf of ex CERP shareholders - just decide for yourself and then move on - others can have a different view - BPC shareholders have managed so far w

Dross - there you again with your Fantasy Oil & Gas Manager arguments - re your second paragraph argument to the bhoys @11:25 anyone coming on to CERP board to sell the merger would have only a fraction of the necessary information to make the informed judgment compared to that available to the CERP board most of whom voted themselves out of a job ( admittedly with compo ) !

It's clear the BPC proposition presents a higher risk than CERP but CERP did need recapitalisation to develop within a reasonable time span - how much weight have you assigned to that in your algorithm?

On a personal note I have to say I've seen more convincing tears on a crocodile than your recent efforts - after the famous Goebells inspired troll lasting almost a year doubting Koot's honesty in dealing with shareholders I can't see you being elected spokesman for the disgruntled former holders - you did such a good trolling job people even agreed to pay cash, as invited under your scheme, to get a few weeks respite from your multiple daily diatribes.

I'm waiting to see what you say when one of the BPC holders asks you how many shares did you have in CERP when the merger was announced and are you still holding / do you intend buying in now that you've done more research ?

Dross - history has also shown that Koot honours his commitments - soon after taking over he told us he could increase production to 1000 bopd - his detractors laughed at that one and sat back awaiting the failure rns - SURPRISE SURPRISE- he hit the target ( without clearing the shelves at Halfords LOL!) but he concluded his interventions were not all economically sustainable so he changed tack - people respected him for that .

Later on he presided over the Saffron drill - he told shareholders he could achieve it without a Placing - we all knew it would be tight and he didn't detail his MO so shareholders either trusted him or didn't- many sold in that period as the delay plus the perceived uncertainty about money was a trollers dream but YOU took it to a new level with your Goebells inspired campaign lasting almost a year telling us, sometimes multiple times a day, Koot couldn't do it - SURPRISE SURPRISE - he did it SP doubled - rossannan slunk off tail between legs ! Now you're back - good job I'm here to put the record in perspective - Koot has a great PR face and is enthusiastic and excited about his work - he is not King Midas but he is resourceful and determined - he isn't a troll playing Fantasy Oil and Gas Manager Dross !

Petro - those that don't know rossannan from old are probably thinking I'm a bit harsh with him but we go back a long time before the Goebells inspired close to 12month troll of CERP where he wrongly insisted Koot needed a Placing to drill Saffron despite Koot telling us it wasn't the case.

Although a wannabe disciple of Joseph I don't think Herr Doctor would have been impressed by the holiday from posting he took to honour his pledge - he so irritated LSE board members he offered to stop posting in return for a financial inducement and some paid. Dross fell foul of LSE rules over that so it's unlikely to be repeated but it was a strange one which did little to enhance popularity!

Petro - thanks for your considered response - there's plenty of posters giving us useful information on the company and prospects and I applaud them - if I can add anything from my CERP knowledge I'm not backward in coming forward but the stimulus is usually mischievous trolling by the usual suspects.

Our Star man is doing a great job here which is why Krapper devotes lots of time to him- it's really a very powerful compliment - readers know who's educating us and who's the drongo!
