Hi, dimvestor. The poster I remember is Applegarth, from 2017 to 18. "Onward Greatland soldiers," he used to sing, while forecasting that the price would rise from 1p to 3p (which I never believed). I wonder what happened to him.

In the same way that a battlefield is strewn with corpses, so Greatland leaves behind it the wreckage and regrets of those who sold too soon.

Thanks for the post, TMT. I'm not buying a house in Portugal, but will have to raise £450 to pay the rent in December, plus £10 a day for food and booze. It's the price of unemployment.

HI, Tom. I think TSG is OK. I bought some in January at about 48p, sold in February at a slight loss, to go into GGP at 3.5p. TSG is now about £1, GGP about 22p; so I did the right thing financially; but I have regrets. I don't like selling shares in a good company; it's letting the side down really.

I'm surprised by this . I didn't know that share prices could fall, as well as rise. But OMI has my moral support (I think it's going to do well, and deserves to do so), and my financial support. If it comes down below 30p, I will start buying.

My friends, you're all much more sensible than I am. I only ever hold one company at a time. GGP since 2011, apart from a brief and disastrous excursion into Metal Tiger in 2018. A balanced portfolio is the sign of a boring mind.
