RE: The mother of all dilutions28 Mar 2025 16:57
6,925,041,202. on first admission and another 4 Billion to come. The company will never get to cash generation and any more raised here will soon be spent. Remember much of it will be to pay off debts so not much will remain after debts are paid to creditors. Its a miracle its got a placing away and the bank extended its payment demand. This just kicks the can down the road. The company is a charity and just cannot make money except by selling shares. Do not believe these people who talk of cash generation. They were not able to generate cash up to now, so why does anything change? Is survived administration for now. Some one will get the assets of this at some point. Now which shareholders will now vote for the company to issue more shares?
