ANOTHER PLACING BEING PLANNED?

No one is interested in their IP. Even if there were they will not pay much for it, so shareholders should expect nothing. It’s gone, and it should have gone a long time ago.

In its previous RNS it states.

On 8th October 2024, the Board of Directors announced that it had completed its review and concluded that it should focus its energies on preserving its existing cash balances to pursue other opportunities and as such Inspirit become an AIM Rule 15 cash shell.

“Pursue other opportunities”. My God what! “Other opportunities”. Some other grand plan for a Volvo engine?

So many were taken in by this company and lost money, please no more. It’s possible the listing has value though. Any money raised from selling its listing will go to the boss for unpaid salaries.

"Should the Company fail to secure additional funding ahead of the end of April, there is a risk that the Company will no longer be able to continue to trade as a going concern".

This means the company could will suspend the listing of the company in about 3 weeks time. Actually it is something it should formally announce to do this as it would not be fair to dilute the shareholders further than they have been.

Last days to get out.

The company is out of cash and now looks like will do a heavily discounted placing to keep trading. Not looking good at all. Many to be wiped out here. 2.0 pence coming.

On delisting vote going through the shares will crash further. Looks like the vote will go through and shareholders to be shafted again.

The offer when and if it arrives, will not be between 40-60 pence.

Minimum to get this over the line is 85 pence. It may need to offer more to win over institutions. They will not take such a hit. They would prefer a financial restructure and to hold it long term.

How does a company with a market Cap of £65,000 do a placing? If it raises £650.000 any holder remaining must be completely wiped and diluted by what? Is that 90% at best? How much worse can it get? Present holders will no doubt hold just 5% of the company?

So if you’re going to lose 95% why not throw in the towel and vote no and lose the lot? Whats to lose really?

There are some daft people who are no buying who not yet realised when the money that they do raise will not last long they can still lose another 95% of what they put in.

The company should have been put to sleep, I cannot believe who votes for this. Anyone who voted in favour must be mad. Give it 3-5 months and its administration…

Lots of gains to be had buying in on this price.

23% up when the market has crashed. Obviously Trumps tariffs are now cheaper than those countries that produce from countries hit with higher tariffs.

Orders come almost immediately. If there is consolidation in the sector CPX’s days are numbered. Could we entertain a nice juicy offer? Or benefit from higher sales that come with our new distributors?

CPX has now become a Take-over candidate and is now venerable to a bid. Maxwell could be the first bidder. Maybe TDK? Got to be consolidation in the industry.

I can see orders piling in. CPX unlike many industries can escape this trade war, in fact it could work to its benefit. Order could come quick and fast.

The company does have cash and probably the Government knows that so it is not going to give VAT refunds. The trouble is now is with the falling price of pellets how long will that cash last? When the price of Ore goes against you, you will be punished. Money can disappear fast.

Anyone wonder the loss for year ending December 2024 will be? If one does come it has got to be in the range of 0.2 as it has not other source of income. Damn another wipe out for any remaining shareholder. Still has cash for 5-6 months perhaps that is if it has not roped in spending. Probably it will be the final placing before de-listing.

Cash must be fast disappearing and it will not be long before the next placing will come.
