What are the payments to be received in 2021? Anyone want to ask the lady this when you get to question her? I am guessing about £20,000. Or even less. They do not state this amount but why not? Its the core part of the deal and may be the only secure part of the deal that cannot be walked away from. The rest is pie in the sky.

A start up pays nominal fee (undisclosed) to look at the IP and if it wants it can walk away at any time. If any benefit found it can pay a few of $2 Million over the next 2 years? But nothing is binding. LOL

VAL will still need to issue a large number of shares at some point.

For a non disclosed sum, TheoremRX will have right to look at the IP. Then also have the right to cancel and end up paying nothing. ~~

Keep to bitcoin buying. I doubt they will achieve funding, and even if they did it will come with more dilution no doubt as a condition of funding. 0.25 coming soon. How long before consolidation and more funding? Why is is this priced so highly? Got a long way to fall.
