Seems to have a bug. Its not live for some time. Then there is the problem between the graph and the price, they are out of kilter.

If it is a buy with a market cap of 590million then it is a screaming buy £220m.

Big players will take a good look at this and make an opportunistic bid for sure. Quick turnround coming.

Vernon call well enter the fray and get his Columbian friend to come in and also bid for the company when it sees what Carlyle is offering. Of course Vernon paid a lot for his shares. He is a reasonable man no doubt and has probably realised by now he will never get his £20 plus back and he never will. But he may get back more than the company is now priced at and here is the thing. He may very well be willing to get back £2.00 or £2.50 knowing full well it may take years and years to get that price and he is getting older, so he may take it. Now who really wants to be locked in on an unquoted company? Who wants to have a minority holding?

Maybe Carlyle will work in concert with the Columbian and Vernon to take the company private? It could be these people who take us out cheap? What ever price it is it will not be at this price. If they want the company they must open with an offer of at least £2.50. When that is refused they have no choice to raise that price. Then there are also other companies or even other banks that may want to pay more for this asset. Its early days yet and good chances of making money on trading the ups and downs. This up and down of the share price and the unsettling of the shareholders is exactly what Carlyle expects. These type of companies do not offer any figure at first. Just lodge their interest.

"This money is for investment and growth of the business". Normally yes. But if other businesses are getting few buyers, you do not buy them out obviously. So excess money, or money not spent must be returned. So its a special dividend of 20 pence please.

Admit, this is an excellent buying opportunity. ODEY will be buying soon and he has not choice about it. Good press over the weekend and a rise on Monday before new bidders come in and a bidding war starts..
