He sells: Ordinary Shares at in the company at an IPO of £262 pence per Ordinary Share. JP Morgan the investment back taking 5% of the company. Its now more than likely he bought back off them. And paid less than £1.00. Not good at maths but has he not got back 3,000,000 shares at or around £5,000,000 less than what he sold them for?

He must think the price too low. Its a good idea to follow a director buying. He would not buy if the company had troubles.

£2,899,000 worth of shares is a serious buy. Obviously the man has a keen eye and is confident in his business. Pi should follow his lead. This is a serious amount of money.

As J P Morgan are under the disclosure threshold there is no RNS from them saying they are out. But they are out now. Selling has dried up.

Now the price has to be taken up. MM has no shares. Any buying now will move this. Can only go up.
