Its always bad when a company informs the market of its intention to raise funds. They should never do it. Just raise it and tell people you have raised AFTER THE FACT.

They have now made their task so much harder to achieve. The share price has now fallen. If done properly this drop would account for new funding. Now the funder will want a further discount. Crazy way to raise funds. Announce it and force the price down. It will now drop again and a discount. Sub 1 pence coming.
