RE: AIM Market2 Apr 2026 10:04
It would not surprise me that a company like YA Global knew this share sale was coming and has been selling, then when it sold what it has (or borrowed) these sales have now been replenished with new shares. Basically we know that this market is rigged and many trade on inside information. Its not supposed to happen and is ilegal, however the authorities do look a blind eye on pre-selling, it often happens. Cant say that is happening here, but it does look like and this is how these companies surive, particulary with these odd funding arrangements where profits are supposed to be shared or companies make profits from taking a percentage of shares sold. Basically these companies that support these fundraising deals benefit from a falling share price, hense the term Death Spirals. YA seems to be at the centre of these death spirals. Now why would a company like this continue to finance companies whose shares crash? They are in it for the money and must thus always make profits or how could they continue? Share price falls and they make, it is as simple as that. At some point in the future YA global will get more shares at a lower price than what they now buy into. Surely this is the best example of a Death Spiral now being set up.
