47 pence just broke...
46.78 paid
47 pence next
On USA distribution news this will shoot pass 50p and 60p. Fum could be back to that old 70 pence price really fast.
And the board will no doubt certainly hang on as long as it can to its structure. It needs to keep the gravy train running as long as it is able.
ESKEN no long has an asset to sell. Yet may retain a 5-10% holding of the South End Airport. Technically this should be down 90% or 95%.
Agneissearner, is 100% correct.
I think everyone should vote in favour of the resolution to return cash. If shareholders do not vote in favour of the resolution, that cash (and what little is left) will be squandered on other odd wild ventures and lets not forget. management pay.
Obviously the management now will almost certainly come up with a circular to vote against the resolution. One has to now suspect their motives. Certainly the motives on this management has never been in the interest of the shareholders.
It is time to get the money out (while it is still there), wind down the company and end the gravy train This management has completely failed the shareholder. For God sake, all shareholder should vote IN FAVOUR, of the resolution. Do not be tricked by the SCIR board who will come up with more nonsense with other great plans. Forget it. VOTE IN FAVOUR.
RISING STRONGLY NOW.
Going up for sure. News of NHS purchasing is now getting out. 60 Pence looks likely
You cannot raise US$9.4 million by selling shares when the company is valued at about $3-$4 Million. Not going to happen. They need the reorganisation as there will be too many shares. They need your authority to issue about 10 to 15 Billion. Then consolidate. Avoid....who would vote for this.
Put your money in FUM
FUM had super good news today.
Sorry for your update on this one. Do not throw away good money after bad. Know when to call it a day and put it in a company with real great prospects and chance of big returns. And a company that is now making profits. Cant go wrong. Sorry guys.
HISTORY OF SHARE PRICE COLLAPSE. You think it cannot go lower and it does and has a history of doing the same. Nothing changes
Anyone who sells these must be mad. RERATE any minute. News is huge
10% of total earnings of 20% market share, could be worth approximately $80,000,000. We do not know the exact equity share between manufacturer and distributor.
if Futura ears $80,000,000 This would or could imply at 10 = earnings a £1.00 enterprise value. Even if we only earn 5% the shares have to be worth 50 pence. Fact is this should be on a high multiple perhaps 20x earnings. In this scenario the shares could go as high as £2.00
What the hell are we doing down here in the 40s? Market better wake up soon....
Darky. Yes I know that the product was changed a bit. Forgotten when. At first we were all worried that it could not be sold on prescription as it did not meet the criteria required. Then were told that it was fine that we could do OTC as it was better for us in the long run as people could just buy and did not need to go and get a prescription. Now we know it is more of a tool. And there is new term for that. But it is interesting how thought that the NHS is now willing to fund this. Its good aground for us as many sold out over the last few months as they thought the product sales were low and the high price could be putting people off. Now they can get for free and this will make much more sales..Good luck.Should go higher from now on. Little downside risk now. What a good customer to have. All the Chemists must now order. Sales must have taken a spike. Good for us. Now for a real official launch. I expect lots of sales and when this is distributed in the USA wow, that will be big. 20% of the market or maybe 25% and more. That is hughe. What is the market now for. T erection issues? $4 Billion a year. That has got to be worth $800,000.000 a year at least. If we get 50% of that, that is $400,000,000 hahah. 10% would bring us $80.000,000 a year. Share price is too low..
This is super transformational news. Market is just noticing. Should jump now. 43 pence to buy. Soon it will be 50 pence then 60 pence. All upside now. buy buy buy
DARKHORSE.
"Cooper Consumer Health has exclusive distribution and marketing rights throughout the UK and EU. This would include all over the counter sales as well as prescription sales".
They now have expanded rights. OTC and Prescription. Why would FUM not grant them rights for getting in a big customer that it never expected. BOOM TIME.
Its quite amazing really that ~Erexon can be got and paid for by the NHS on prescription. I thought we never got the trial results that allowed us to get medical approvals. Seems this is a massive coup. Market has not quite woken up yet. This is massive. Sales could get a massive uplift now. Anyone in Wales and Scotland can now get for free. Them high costs that worried many investors to sell up have now vanished completely. Those over 60 in the UK can get for free. This is a big boost for sales. Anyone selling these now must be completely mad. This is a a screaming buy...It is now all upside. Little down said risk. This will be 60 pence any moment. 90 pence by Christmas.
BREAK OUT..
Darky. I do agree with you. Technically you are correct. Your reading what is written. These are the facts. Of course, that looks like the deal.
I am sure you know that things change. Like this share business every thing is fluid. When that RNS was released that you copy and paste and hold onto was the facts at that time. There was no prescription. It is OTC.
I think Cooper sent their sales team to the NHS and told them they should now pay for this and the Old folk should get a prescription. NHS agreed. Now that FUM has issues this RNS it seems they are super pleased that the NHS are now footing the bill. My point is and I agree with you, it is written that Cooper has rights for OTC sales and distribution. Now it seems to me they also have rights, (and that will be confirmed) for prescription sales. I do not really have an issues with your fact as they were at that time of the RNS when the deal was granted to Cooper ( and subsequent ones which were updated and prolonged). I
I believe that FUM has given rights outside of OTC. Yet they have not confirmed this. You are correct but for the wrong reason. I expect to be right when it is confirmed Cooper has now OTC rights also. I agree with you totally that sales are going to be much higher. I also would like to say I believe that the share of profits would remain the same. And by golly with the profits be higher? Why on earth would FUM say that Cooper had no rights to sell to the NHS? They are God damn pleased as we should I see this breaking out to 50 - 60 pence range on on USA update. 90 pence plus...
Good luck. I bought quite a few more on the drop yesterday as I saw Algo playing games and took advantage. I doubled my holding yesterday..SUPER PLEASED I TOPPED UP.
Either way Profits are going to be much much higher now, now that the NHS will pay for the bill for the majority of sales. I see sales at least 100% higher now the NHS is willing to pay for it. I think the issues about licence for OTC and or Prescription is a technical wording. At that time there was only OTC. I do not see FUM saying to Cooper they have no right to sell to the NHS as they are restricted to OTC. The NHS is a new customer ( and a very large one) why get into a dispute and tell Cooper they cannot sell to the NHS? Not going to happen. We benefit by new customer and although not mentioned, Cooper now has right for prescription sales. We will need to be updated. Still it is a bloody good deal and soon the market will cotton on. This deal is massive. 100% upside when the penny sinks in. 60 - 70 pence target. It may over-shoot my target and get to 90 pence when the USA starts distributing.
