Why did I arrive at 70 pence. Take a good look at the graph over the past month or so. That is what I see. Its good upside from this level. Of course a nightmare for the LTH. To think 5 August 2024 just a few months ago Sidara offered £2.30

SIDARA MADE 3 OFFERS AND DID WALK AWAY FROM A 4TH AT £2.30

Now they can get the whole lot for 70 pence. I do not think they can get in cheaper and may have to bid up to £1.00 after having to make many proposals. Each proposal in my opinion is an embarrassment for the company. Why reject 3 earlier bids then now accept another a low ball offer. Its very embarrassing. Yet one I think they will make. Either that or have to be forced to do a debt for equity swap. Which is better do you think?

I can see this getting taken out for 70 pence. Not a great price for LTH. Or the shorter. But a very good price to buy in at this level. The could be another suite join the fray at anytime. Lots of upside still.

Sidara is required, by not later than 5.00 p.m. on 24 March 2025, to either announce a firm intention to make an offer for the Company in accordance with Rule 2.7 of the Code or announce that it does not intend to make an offer for the Company.

Actually it will no doubt get many extensions from the take-over board before it is forced to make an offer. Do not rush guys. This has a long way to play out. More and more buyers piling in. This is worth at least 70 pence and perhaps more. Great upside for anyone wanting in. Good luck all. And have a thought for SHAREBEL who is waiting for the TEENS.

I wonder what figures they are talking about.

Its going to be embarrassing to the management accepting 70 pence when they rejected £2.40 last year. Still 70 pence is a lower offer but 100% higher than now. So I will take it. Good for anyone buying at this level. Great upside.

The share price was more than 70 pence last month. Cant see a take-over for less than that.
