I am glad I ignored Sharebels, advice just a few days ago. The share price was 22 pence and he declared quite insistently over and over again the share price was going down further. Surprising to see him here still with his advice. AFTER share share price has gone up by 45%. LOL

Be careful who you listen to especially people like Sharebel who has his own agenda.

So how soon will it be before we know how much they are putting on the table? Got to be a low 60 pence as an initial offer in my opinion. They they raise it a few times. I would be happy with 70 pence having bought sub 23 p. Thats 200% for me.

Got to feel right now for those who were waiting for the "TEENS" like Sharebel who was constantly calling it lower. All these shorters who have yet to close are going to be shafted early on in the morning. If it rises higher they have not choice but chase it. They have to buy to close. Poor bastards they could get really burnt. They had their chances. Greedy Swine`s will get what the deserve.

I expect there could be another suiter that comes to the table with an alternative competing offer. Then to think there are some shorters locked in. Could be hard to get out and they could have to pay a high price to exit. This could be a short squeeze tomorrow. As shorters clamber to get out they are forced to keep buying. This could jump big on the open.

They could end up paying a lot of money to exist fully. What a good day that will be when those lot get a real shafting finally. Greedy bastards.

I think the management may accept this offer as the best offer for the Shareholders. Failing this the company would no doubt have to either do a rights-issue and or a debt for equity swaps. This price somewhere between 62.p and .89 is close to my 70 pence target which the share price was over the last few months before the recent update in the last RNS.

The question now is, what will be the terms on which an offer will be made?

70 pence IMHO which they may have to raise. Then another suiter could come forward.
