Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Neil Herbert, Executive Chairman at ALL and Chairman at PREM.
Follow his money, he's a winner imo.
As expected, ALL will climb to 100p this year | 60-70% upside from todays prices | Approx 500-550mil mcap
PREM will climb to about 1.5p this year | 400-500% upside from todays prices | Approx 250-300mil mcap.
Both will have some of the largest deposits in the world.
GLA
PREM secured £12million and an off-take with a major that has fully funded the company and DFS to completion at 0.40pence per share - whilst retaining 100% of the project.

The DFS is to be completed in Q3 and a resource upgrade statement is to land this quarter, up to 80million tonnes. No more cash raises for the foreseeable future and share price likely to significantly re-rate with mine build or a buyout.
Should reach a value comparable to Atlantic Lith - £350mil or so, so about 7x.
GLA DYOR
Just the worlds richest man signaling to the global markets, supply chains and every investor that they should all invest in lithium.
I'm sure that's not significant. ;)
Whilst at least BHL (early stage) and PREM (advanced stage nearing DFS / Resource Upgrade) have secured full funding for operations this year and into next.
I do hope so splatted.
Just that: Cash as at 30 November 2021 was £1,584,000
What's the cash burn like? It's been 5 months since then and so I am a bit concerned money will be tight.
ALL - Great rise already and can see 100p hit this year.
PREM- The next big lithium multi-bagger with the share price currently at 0.26-0.27p. Has an off-take Suzhou TA&A (market cap of $5.1 bil) who have fully funded the DFS to completion and all operations with £12mil at 0.4p. Share price currently well below the premium at silly prices. A resource upgrade statement will take PREM to a 80mil tonne resource in the coming months, the DFS is to be completed in Q3 and a buyout is well on the cards, as well as discussions of a mine build. Further mineralised to be announced soon in the EPO. Share price target is 1.5p by the end of the year. 300mil market cap. 400-500% upside prior to buyout or mine build. That's conservative.
BHL - great to have funding secured and be on track to upgrade the resource and commence drilling at the project sites. Share price target of 30p this year. Skies the limit next year.
KOD - has great potential too and can see a major coming on board this year and the commencement of the DFS. Share price target 0.6p
FRG - One to watch over the coming years. 1-2 bags next year imo.
ZNWD - 100p is possible if funding for mine build is secured.
GLA. Lithium is the place to be.
ALL - Great rise already and can see 100p hit this year.

You'll be exposed with the next one at this rate, since the flipping has not ceased. ;)
hmmm
Great to see this really crack 10p today.
Also check out Caracal Gold / GCAT. Will 10bag and reach a Shanta level valuation within a short space of time.
To add, FRG is very early days and far from establishing a resource.
PREM has a resource upgrade due to land anytime soon and the DFS to be completed this summer for the Zulu lithium project. The imminent resource upgrade will take PREM from 20miltonnes to 60-80miltonnes which is very significant. Suzhou (multi billion Chinese major) has fully funded the DFS and all company operations at a premium of .4p.
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/PREM/completion-of-zulu-lithium-dfs-funding-35c9na7uh3j9cbh.html
The current share price is at a great discount to the premium at present. The market cap of PREM is £60mil and massively undervalues the Zulu project and the surrounding EPO zone (over 50 times the size of Zulu and being explored), along with the rest of the companies assets. It's shaping up to be next acquisition target once the resource upgrade and DFS are done very soon. At £60mil value at present, Chinese backed and with the Zulu project 100% in the hands of PREM, it looks like one to be in.
ALL - one to hold from here.
PREM - one to be in, huge re-rate will kick in within a few months and fully funded with a major on board.
FRG - one to watch over the next 1-2 years.
I've got £10k in this at 35p and wish I put in much more. Lithium is the real money maker and I think this will get to £1 with a breeze.
All check out PREM, where the Chinese have just invested £12mil (Suzhou) at 0.4p to fully fund the DFS and all other operations. Share price now at 0.31p. DFS will be completed within a few months and resource upgrade will take it to 40-60million. Mcap is at £60mil but won't be for long as we all know. The hottest sector around and follow the money and all that jazz.
